“I bought Paperport Pro 14 from you in March 20. Nuance tell me that the Serial number is incorrect and that I must have bought a counterfeit copy. I don't think I have. I have tried calling your 0330 number and also your standard number with NO reply, despite you saying you are now "working normally." - so I sent an email to your help desk with a "reply" within a couple of hours. I'm still waiting days later. I cannot find any other numbers for you, I can't figure out what is wrong, Nuance say it's a fake copy - you'll imagine I am SERIOUSLY unimpressed.”

“They are closed, or just dont reply. Bought a office for Mac subscription which seems to be broken and they dont answer their live chat after a week of trying, the phone line rings once then hangs up and their message us section is equally as bad.”

“They don't answer the phone (can't accept voicemails because it's full up) No reply to emails. No reply to support ticket and chat is offline. To all intents and purposes this business appears to have closed. I bought a lifetime license for MS office for 5 devices. The password issued no longer works so I am unable to use it. Money back or some action please!!”

“Worst customer service ever! Bought Office 365 code does not work. Sent several emails one asking me to take photos of problems, which I did then they asked me to make a video of the problems?!?? Asked for a refund and got no respone! 50 pound and a month later still no officr 365!”

“DO NOT TRADE WITH THIS FOOL, ON 5TH JUNE SOLD ME AN ITEM THAT DID NOT EXIST, I HADE TO FIGHT TO GET MY MONEY BACK 6DAYS LATER, I HAD TO CONTACT THE POLICE AND THE TRADING STANDARDS OFFICE ,. THIS GUY THREATENED TO KICK MY FACE IN----I AM 74 WITH CANCER AND I AM DISABLED HOPE THIS BWILL HELP, OTHER PEOPLE, NOT TO GET CAUGHT IN HIS WEB.”

“Do not use this company. I have purchased Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2016 and the Activation Key does not work. I have tried to contact them and no response at all from an email, form fill out (with no response after 2 hours as stated) and calling them takes you to leave a message with no return call”

“Don't buy from these, they sent me a product which was not as described, in fact it was a Microsoft copied usb product, which does not work, and which I did not ask for. I have asked for a refund, they say they have sent this, but this is all lies. do not trust this company.”

“Paid for software early last year, still not had a link that works. Still don't have the software. Contacted them over 10 times, they're just no responding at all. SCAM ! AVOID ! SCAM ! There's a reason their software is the cheapest - it doesn't work, it isn't legit imo.”

“Bought Office 2016 a few months back and everything went smoothly. Bought again for new computer, Microsoft On Line Activation said license has been used up. Sent numerous emails over the past month, No reply. Left message on my account, where it says they will be back within 2 hours. No reply. Tried ringing the 0203 number on the website. No one answered, voice mail box full, couldn't leave a message. On line chat not available> I think they've gone down the tubes, but happily still taking money. Do not use.”

“I got a disc from this company spent 10 hours trying to fix my laptop with it but it did nothing tried to phone them and left a message to get back to me which you can't get through or no one is on live chat what a load of rubbish and false information this is”

“Fake! Used them before and they were genuine, sadly now took payment immediately but failed to supply a microsoft office product key so there was no download available. Had to ring bank to cancel order and treat as fraud as their telephone number is not answered, nor can you leave a message, and emails are not returned.”
