“Love the band. Very comfortable and looks exactly like the color on the website. My only complaint is that I bought a face guard in black and it’s hard to press the buttons on the face of the watch to get it to work through the plastic piece that goes over the watch. Probably won’t be using it because of this.”
“I love the bands and the colors they offer. I have bought almost all colors in Imperium V2 Loop Brights and Neutrals have a total of 15 Imperium V2 Loop. I change them often to match my clothes.”
“The look and feel of the perma bands are great. Band comes with resizing kit. However, for some reason one of the bands (Powderflower) does not slide in smoothly. There's a kink and it takes much jiggling of it to make it slide in. Uncertain how that damages the watch itself.”
“I measured my wrist as said to. The chart said I needed a small so that is what I ordered. I love the color and the band itself but it is a little tight. I don’t know if it will eventually stretch , I hope just a little.”

“The band is beautiful. But the sizing directions state to go a size down because it can stretch. I did that andit is too tight. But I can't figure out how to stretchit without it being on the watch. I will probably buy another one a size up though because it is so cute.”
“The bands are of good quality, soft and comfortable! I did however have issues with correct sizing of the Slim Imperium loop - Small was too small and Medium was too big - exchanging the sizes was easy though. The sizes also seemed to be inconsistent between the band varieties.”

“Gorgeous bands but unfortunately, the perms bands I ordered will not work for me. I removed 4 links and the band was still too big but taking out a fifth link made it unbearably tight. I was so excited to receive these bands but they have to be returned. It would be great if they include 1 or 2 half-width links!”
“Great, high quality bands and excellent customer service. The sizing tool on the website is not accurate so I had to request an exchange for a larger size, but the company made it super easy and I did not have to pay for return shipping. I'll definitely purchase more bands!”
“The product is very nice; however, Customer Service could have been better. When I reached out to relay that I got an email from Solace saying that my order had been delivered but I actually had not received it (did not get an alert from my apartment complex that I had a delivery like I always do nor could the package be found), the Solace Customer Service rep said I had to wait up to 3 x business days to see if the order would be delivered in that time. After 3 x business days, I reached back out to Solace to confirm that I still had not received the package & asked if they could please either process a refund or replacement. Customer Service then made the comment that they will send a replacement as a "one-time courtesy." I don't need any favors especially when it comes to something as insignificant as a watch band & after spending nearly $40 for one. In the future, you may want to treat your customers with a little more respect as they can get watch bands anywhere.”
“Band appears to be well made. Although adjustable, it would be nice if there was just one more slot/hole to adjust the clasp to fit a wrist that is more XL”
“I really like this band. Seems as good as the Apple brand. My only suggustion is be careful on measurement. I took their suggestion to size down if you were on the line between sizes on there measuring tool and my band is much too tight. Not sure if I can stretch it. However, I would not hesitate to order again. i will be sure to size up.”
