“I was very excited for my new watch band and was quickly disappointed in my purchase. The material and flexibility is great. However, the one and only easy way to get on your wrist is to stretch it over your hand. In doing so, the band stretches out, and in just a couple of days with the frequency of me wearing it. I will not be buying another as they stretch out too quickly and don’t fit anymore”

It took almost an hour to get through the chat, but I was offered a refund or replacement for free. I requested a replacement, and it was shipped out and received in about 5 days. I was so excited to put it on, but needed to take out a few links. I didn't see any directions on how to do that, so I just had to figure it out on my own.
