“I love the look of the Solace bands. My only issue is with the small pin that attaches the band which can pop off if it hits against something. I very much appreciate the replacement band being sent when the pin was lost. I only paid the shipping cost.”
“I ruly love my new bands but sizing is challenging. I used the pdf for sizing and measured my wrist (6.5). It showed I was a perfect small however the paladin and the slim impertium seem to be a little different. The paladn are snug but comfortable and Im sure they will stretch. The slim is much tighter and doesnt seem to be stretching out. It is not as comfortable for sure but I like the slim profile. Im worried if I exchange it for a medium it will get sloppy. I will definitely get more after I figure this whole size thing out.”
“aside from the duration in actually getting the bands delivered (much longer than I anticipated), The bands are comfortable. I do think the sizing is a little off for american wrists, as both my and my wifes bands are a little on the snug side, but still quite usable and not at all uncomfortable.”
“First time I uised Solace. Seemed pretty good. Band was a bit expensive, but Solace says they will replace it up to 3 times a year. Only had it so far for about 2 weeks.”
“I ordered the wrong size, which was my fault and after exchanging for the correct size, solace let me keep the too small bands. While this is very generous, now I have three unopened, never used bands that they claim is in the name of sustainability. But wouldn’t it be better and more sustainable to take them back and send them to someone else? Other than that, great customer service and I can’t wait for the right size bands to arrive!”
“Customer service is wonderful! The only issue is I can’t seem to find a happy medium with sizing. The large is just a bit too big and slides and the medium is just a bit too snug and digs. They do get dirty, but wash up nicely. Overall a nice alternative to the OG bands they come with.”
