“I like my bands but i did email asking for help with one of my bands that fit me too big and no one has gotten back to me if I could return this bad or help getting fixed for me that would be great”
“I am giving this company 3 out of 5 stars because when I purchased my 2nd band from them, it came defective and I was charged shipping to send it back by the company. I don't think that is right. I purchased the first band and I really like it...fits great, not too tight so I ordered a 2nd band. When I pulled it on my wrist, one of the woven pieces came out of the end and was hanging out. I didn't think it was a good idea to keep it because if one piece came out the rest probably will too. I just don't think this one was made right....maybe made on a Monday-ha. Went through the website to return and I had to pay the shipping to return it. I won't buy anymore even though I like the first one and am still wearing it.”
“Overall, I really do enjoy the bands I purchased. I love the easy ability to switch out the watch bands to coordinate with special events/ occasions.
However, I also purchased the watch case, which appears to be very cheap. The screen not only cracked on me but it was difficult to scroll on the watch with it on.”

“The only things I didn’t like about the bands were the metals looked cheap and there were more color/ pattern choices I prefer. The pink powder flower looked more mauve. I think the price is a bit overpriced for the material as well. I also thought the screen protector had a white trim but it’s clear so that was disappointing. I did like the Nougat band.”

“I used the Solace Bands fit guide, and ordered a medium based on results. Love the color, material and style, but it’s a little snug. Going to keep it to see if it either stretches out, or cuts off circulation to my hand!”
“While I liked the band that I kept, with it being my first purchase, I didn't like the fact that I had to pay $3.99 return fee EACH for the 2 bands I didn't keep even though they were shipped together.
