“Knowledgeable and friendly advice from Lilly Bovill this morning. After a very informative conversation with Solar Therm UK this morning I had all my fears and worries sorted out with straight forward and specialised advice. I was also told I could call back at anytime for extra help at no charge at all. I must have saved hundreds of pounds on an unnessessary call out. She told me more about my system than my installers ever did and took a huge weight off of our shoulders. I couldn’t recommended this company enough and would give them a 5 star rating without hesitation. Thank you Lilly and all at Solar Therm UK. They are the real deal. I wish we had dealt with them from the beginning, instead they very kindly helped us out with no cost. Will always go to them in future.”

“6kw of solar panels, Wonderlux battery set up with 7.2kw Pylon batteries & an EV charger. Well….we researched and we contacted numerous companies (we could literally write a book) we had companies give us the hard sell in our home, we had companies simply quote over the phone or email a whimsical ‘guestimate’ at best. I understand most homeowners will be a one off sale and as they will not be repeat business will maybe be treated with slightly less passion but still these are no small investments. Solartherm UK made contact after we applied online via their live chat. The chat was informative and to the point, we liked it. Non pushy and sounding professional. We followed up with our address and a description of our house, where we would like the panels and was advised on what could fit. We supplied our annual consumption and to their credit the system was downsized slightly as what we had suggested to them was based on information from what was more than likely a salesman from another company. The quote wasn’t the cheapest but the equipment option was good. We were made aware of the stock situation and that the install may have to be undertaken in phases. Lots of other companies had also said similar so it was what it was. To their absolute credit, Solartherm delivered. They delivered on the scaffold arrangement, the install was first class and quickly undertaken. We did have a delay on the Wonderlux and then a further follow up to fit the Pylon storage units. But still, we had been warned and the panels were generating electricity the whole time so nothing lost. Finally came the certifications and a handover manual. The office girls were good and nothing has seemed too much trouble. Our greatest thanks and we do recommend your company to all. Best, Mandy & Phil”

“Solartherm UK installed a large scale commercial installation that is fault free. The installation is actually a lot simpler than we thought. in truth i think we ourselves made it harder than it was and probably should have let the Solartherm team have complete control. Great work and have already recommended the guys to the factory next door.”

“125kwp commercial solar system now installed and running. 762 kWh of generated electricity having been pumped into our factory today (12.05.22) and the weather today has been up and down. Slightly slower than expected delivery, told due to stock but to be fair another price we had could not deliver for 12 weeks more than Solartherm. Great design, good delivery and happy customers all round.”

“Big thanks for such professional service in supplying and fitting Solar Energy equipment last november (2021). Matt, Benny and Jude from Silvercrest (Solartherm) have just left us after fitting our solar panels, battery and hot water cylinder timer and we wanted to say how impressed we have been with their fantastic work ethics. Everything was slick and smooth, all equipment was protected at each stage of handling. Everything has been fitted in an incredibly professional and competent fashion. All wiring and trunking looks well tied in and tidy. All mess/packaging/debris was tidied up as they went. All 3 guys were courteous and respectful at every stage. We couldn't be happier with the fitting process, and the lads who provided it. Thankyou ALL for your support throughout the whole process to the office staff too. Really impressed. Bernie and George Gatt May 2022, whole team have been helping us to get the most out of our system. Can't speak highly enough of them”

“Placed an order for Solar Panels to a residential property. From start to finish received impartial information and excellent customer service with a very comprehensive knowledge of their products and Solar industry , that left me feel reassured as a first time customer to place an order. The team who installed the panels were highly skilled very professional with an eye for detail and customer satisfaction and completed the installation in one day and conducted all relevant tests. Would highly recommend to family friends and neighbours. 1st class”

“Excellent customer service as well as work done, its great to deal with a company that listens to what you want and delivers a first class product. On another note the scaffolding stayed up in the 2 big storms recently which again show how good this company is.”

“I’ve Knocked a star off as I think the scaffold could have come down a little quicker but realise that scaffolders take down work areas at a time when they can. This doesn’t take away from a faultless installation and good aftercare. Thank you for going the extra mile but we wanted to get it right first time.”

“The panels were removed, stored offsite, and replaced, due to roof replacement. All work carried out professionally and on time. Our tatty pigeon mesh was also replaced with a neater system.”

“SolarTherm listen and put things right when they go wrong. The assessment team suggested a better site arrangement for some of the panels than we had thought about. The installation team showed up and were quick polite and tidy. The "back at base" team (in particular Lilly) have helped me with a somewhat intransigent supply company, many months after the initial installation.”

“SolarTherm UK did an excellent job and exceeded installation timescales. The required equipment was appropriately assessed for my needs and the whole end to end process was fully explained. The installation team were friendly and worked in a tidy manner. They were happy to answer any of my questions and even fixed some preexisting issues with my flashings and one of my roof tiles at no extra cost. Great price, great service would highly recommend SolarTherm UK.”

“One to avoid at all cost. They were quick to take my money but when it comes to doing the work they have avoided getting back to me. After doing the site survey and me providing all the plan and getting an initial quote of work. They have now said it will cost more but when asked to cost up the work this has been over 6 weeks, when agreeing the work we told them our time frames and now as a result we are having to stop all work in the property due there lack of service and communications. After speaking to the MD, he has also stopped replying and still no closer to my refund either.”

“We had a heat pump fitted in 2017, we moaned about certain features and functions but I’m pleased to say they are now resolved to our complete satisfaction. Maybe we should have read the information provided in the manual, but we are not technical and I can recommend Solartherm for very good aftercare and their patience and thorough approach.”

“We expected Solartherm first thing in the morning but we were told on calling the office they had been diverted to an emergency repair. Rather frustrating to say the least, however they did thoroughly redeem themselves with their workmanship (hubby was on their shoulder all day) and I was sent a not so small bouquet of flowers. Very impressed.”
