"BUYER BEWARE! This shop is a scam. I bought the pearled slip-on shoes from this store, which were the MOST UNCOMFORTABLE SHOES I have ever bought. The shoes are beautiful but they are so stiff you can't even walk in them. These shoes were not cheap either and cost me $150. When purchasing these shoes I tried looking for reviews on their website but it was almost impossible. I decided to take a leap of faith and buy them anyways for my bachelorette weekend. I learned my lesson, to say the least. When I went to write a review for the shoes I bought to warn other buyers I realized YOU CAN'T EVEN LEAVE A REVIEW FOR THEIR SHOES!!! So please be careful when purchasing items from this store. They will not refund you or let you leave an honest review on their webpage."

"The jacket itself is so great and everything I wanted! Great fit, soft material, beautiful embroidery. Unfortunately the company itself was what I had issues with. It was a 1-3 week delivery time from date of purchase and it took 2 months and 10 plus times of contacting them before I even heard back. I was posting on their Facebook and Instagram to attempt to get a response. They responded to me saying it would ship out ASAP and then they proceeded to block me so I was unable to contact them anymore. I\u2019ve had many people ask about where I got it and I'm unfortunately saying buyer beware because it felt like pulling teeth to even get the product I paid for."

"I wish I could give zero stars. I ordered the Jean jacket months ago and never received. I emailed multiple times to customer service, and messaged on IG. I never received message back and was blocked from IG when I wrote a comment asking about it. My comment was deleted, along with any other negative comments. I realized I was not the only one and will have to call my credit card to report fraud."

"I ordered a embroidered Jean jacket for my sister who is getting married in a 2XL. She is a size 16\/18 in which a 2XL is what always fits her. It arrived and it fit my size 8 15 year old daughter. I contacted customer service to which Katie \"the manager\" exchanged numerous emails with me. I explained that this is NOT a 2XL. She at first said we can remake in a 3XL for a $30 remake fee. I told her I do NOT agree to charging me a fee to remake a jacket that clearly would be offensive to my sister being plus size. She then said nothing they can do. I said I want to return and I want a refund She said no returns or refunds. I then said I will make sure no one ever orders from them again and I want the owner to contact me. Being a boutique owner myself no matter what you always make it right with the customer. She then said oh the owner told me we can custom make another jacket for you in an even bigger size then the 3XL. I said oh perfect. A few days goes by I hear nothing so I contact her to check on shipping. She said they are waiting on the bigger jacket and will invoice me when it's ready to be shipped. I said wait a second invoice the owner said she was going to remake the jacket for me and I attached our email correspondence. She said well we are still charging you the remake fee. I said that is not what was agreed upon. She said that's company policy and there is no way around it! I AM DONE! I paid $70 for this jacket and like I said it fits my 15 year old except my 15 year old can't even wear it because it has my sister's married last name on it! Terrible customer service and a terrible way to run a business! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!!"
