“I bought a pair of flats 2 years ago but never wear them until I tried them on. The soles cracked and splitter on both shoes. I contacted SW customer services attached my proof of purchase and Kajal was brilliant and creative allowing me to pick out some different but replacement shoes for me. Though I was upset and disappointed with the quality of my broken/brand new shoes, I was very pleased with the resolution and the prompt response /of great customer service.”

“I have three pairs of shoes from SW. Two heels and one flats. The heels have been great but the second time I wore the flats, the soles cracked on both shoes. However, I contacted SW customer services and they were brilliant, allowing me to pick out some different but replacement shoes for me. So, I was disappointed my shoes broke (not the quality I'd expect) but I was very pleased with the resolution and the responsiveness / friendliness of the customer service.”

“Really happy with the appearance of the heels and will definitely buy more. However the specific pair I bought were faulty - Heel broke after wearing twice. Customer service (Namely Kajal) were very quick and helpful with their responses. The shoes were out of stock in my size so they offered to send the shoes back to their production team in Brazil to be repaired or for a swap to any other shoes on the website that I wanted for the same price. The original shoes were the ones I really wanted so I opted to get them repaired. I was told that this could take up to 8 weeks - but they have been shipped back to me now after 5 weeks. Customer service also kept me updated every step of the way. I haven't yet received the shoes so can't comment on the quality of the repair yet. I was also given a 15% refund for the inconvenience caused. Overall very happy with the customer service (and product too if the repair is up to scratch!).”
