“Wanted a Gig Bag for grandsons 'Flying V' - spoke with the shop to confirm the bag we had seen would fit. They immediately went off to check and confirmed ok. WE then ordered on-line and within 48 hours the bag arrived and was a perfect fit. Grandson and Grandad delighted. Thanks.”

“It all seemed OK except that on the original listing it was shipping free but I was charged £3.50 (or something like that)... Maybe I misunderstood... or not.\n\nOverall apart from that anomaly the procedures from Sounds Great were very good and recommended.”

“Very pleased with the service. I phoned to check that my guitar (Gretsch Pro Jet) would actually fit in the case I was looking to buy. They went to the trouble of putting a guitar in the case in the shop to make sure. I then bought the case online and it was delivered a couple of days later. Excellent service.”

“As a first time customer i was very impressed by the service. As an existing customer now i'm just glad that proper guitar shops like this still exist. The staff at Sounds Great are really helpful, really easy to talk to and they often have the best prices anyway. Where they don't, i like to think the extra is worth paying for to have them on your side. \nA proper, old school guitar shop run by musicians.”

“The service by telephone was excellent. The package arrived promptly and the pickup was well-wrapped in bubble wrap. However, the clear plastic box was badly damaged - it appears to have been crushed at some point in transit. The pickup appears to be undamaged but I haven't had the opportunity to fit it yet. When I do i will let you know if there are any problems.\n”
