“I had a Size L from my employer and wanted a roomy fit. I ordered size XL, guess what, they both are same size. Didn't get chance to return. But sizing is not good!”

“Although the lab coat(s) are of acceptable quality - the sizing chart online is TERRIBLE. Following the 'guidlines' suggested, the first one I bought was too small, and the second one I bought in a LARGER still size, is marginal at best. You should be ashamed of such a terrible web site design and experience for your customers.”

“Accidently ordered 1 too many coats and endeavoured to cancel it before shipment via contact email. No reply. Product shipped and I was notified via email again. I wrote another email to them and still didnt get a reply. A few days later, I recieved an email from email post master saying their email server was rejecting my emails. Coats arrived and one of the coats was stained with some kind of fluid. Had to wash it.”
