“Loved the items I received, however the sherpa jacket had really short sleeves. My sister who has a wingspan a few inches shorter than what it should be compared to her height (her and I are the same height) was able to wear it perfectly, but the sleeves were too short for me or the average person. I couldn't wear it so I had to give it to my sister.”

“I hate to even do this because the 2 items I actually did receive I love and I’m very happy with. But unfortunately sometimes that just can’t make up for horrible customer service. I put in an order on November 28th that I still have not received. I put it 2 orders after that, and received them in a timely manner. But the one I still haven’t gotten was my mothers Christmas gift. And I have been called SFC for 2 weeks, several times, no one has ever answered the phone. I’ve left 3 voicemails, and 4 emails. Finally someone responded to my email last week and said they were looking nontoxic my order and they would get back with me “in a minute.” So I assumed later that day. That was almost a week ago, and I have not heard anything back. I’m extremely frustrated not only because I had nothing to give my mom for Christmas but because NO ONE will answer me and let me know anything about my order. I’m a pretty understanding person but no I’m just over it. If you can’t make your customers at least feel heard and like you’re trying to help them, then they aren’t going to want to continue shopping from them.”

“Their customer service is terrible. I sent two emails asking about where my order might be and didn't get a response until 2 weeks AFTER my order was delivered. It took about 4 weeks before I saw my purchases, which were not on backorder. I wouldn't buy from them if you needed your things by a certain date.”

“Everything was too small. The shoes came up over the ankle and no way to get our feet in. These were Christmas gifts and a total bust. I have contacted customer service by email and phone with no results. I was so excited over everything that I didn’t look at return policy. I can’t use a store credit. Nothing u have will fit. I wear 9wide shoe and I ordered a 10 wide. No way my foot would fit. Same way as dusters. I saved to get nice Christmas gifts for my sisters and now I have nothing for them. Please refund my money to me. Thanks.”

“Buyer beware. If you purchase anything ending in.95 it is final sale. My experience is that anything final sale is inventory that is defective. The high end prices for dollar store quality is not acceptable. I will not be a returning customer.”
