“it took over 120 days for my boots to ship and unfortunately didn’t get them in time for my event. the wait time was 30-90 days so I ordered them knowing my even was 115 days away expecting to get them in time :( they seem like good quality just overall disappointed.”

“I placed an order on March 2, and never received it. After contacting your customer service through email, Olenka, informed me that it’s not the company’s problem once the items leave the warehouse. I ordered $92.35 worth of merchandise, didn’t receive it, because it is lost in shipping, I don’t get a refund reshipment, nothing. If your company is not responsible for getting my items to me, than why would you offer the shipping options that you do? I have never had a company do this, and I have ordered from this company a lot!!! I can’t believe no one is willing to help me with this and I’m just out $92!!!!! I’m just shocked this company works this way… and by the way, Olenka probably shouldn’t work for your company.”

Hey Meleah! I am so sorry that you have had this experience! Unfortunately, once a package leaves our facility, we do not have any control over the carrier completing the delivery. I can see in your order notes that Olenka has issued you a courtesty store credit and filed a lost package claim to try to get your money back. Those claims do take some time but I can assure you that she is doing her best to get you taken care of! We sincerely appreciate your paitence while we work through this process. Olenka will get back to you as soon as she gets a resolution from the carrier. Again, I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration this has caused! XOXO Jamie

“Even though I'm from Massachusetts, I'm a Country Girl at Heart. I love the cute little Country dresses on Southern Fried Chics. Sizing is difficult to determine because there just isn't enough reviews or pictures from buyers to help out potential customers configure things in terms of Sizing and fittings. But that won't stop me from buying from this site.”

“I'm going to have to give my my half zip up pull over teal/cow print sweater a 2 star. (I believe it was supposed to be beth vibes turquoise half zip up sherpa) but not 100 percent sure as I wanted either or. I was not impressed with the quality of the sweater. There were strings/threads hanging off every where, the fluf on the sleeves, chunks of the fluff was falling off the sweater. There is no soft lining between the two different fabrics making the sleeves on the inside very rough on the skin. I wore it for about half an hour and just had to take it off. The upside is that the color is really pretty and the cow print "idea/concept" is really witty with the teal contrast. But im just dumbfounded with the quality, or lack of quality, in the sweater I purchased for almost $40.00. (That's total with shipping and handling).”
