“I adore your clothing and accessories! You were my go-to site for purchasing the perfect dress for date-night. I would have said 5 stars all the way, until my recent orders. Shipping time was a month on my most recent item, which was a bummer. I don’t mind the wait, but what I would like is better communication that an item would be significantly delayed, so that I can order far enough in advance to have it in time. Like I said, love you guys, but I am a little nervous on ordering now with the shipping windows being so long.”

“Their turn around time is 15-20 business days. I ordered my items dec 9 and did not received until January 10. I understand Holidays and such but I needed my items for a certain event and they did not arrive on time. I also don’t like that if it’s on sale at all you cannot return even for store credit. I understand Clearance and final sale items but I did not even know my item was on sale until checkout which was nice but also made it unreturnable.”

“I’ve ordered a couple of times so far and the level of disorganization is crazy. They were so busy that it took them almost a month to ship out an order of mine. They said that they’re short staffed yet keep on pushing sales daily with “blowout” deals. Save your money any by local to you. The quality of the clothes is not worth the price and the clothes are made in china.”

“The mystery bag. The first one I got was not bad. It was just the dress ran very small. Fleeces was really cute but thin. Had many comments on it. Earrings were we're cute and bling belt Will be great for my hat. And then I got the sequins black duster. Little bit disappointing what I paid. The second one I was really disappointed. I only got a T-shirt and earrings. I thought I would get more with it what I paid and what is supposed to be what is supposed to be worth. The earrings look like they're missing something.”

“Bought 3 mystery bags one for $150 and 2 for $25. My $150 grab bag had the same things as one of my $25 bags. When I called it seemed as though they were going to help promptly. It's now been over a week. When I email they go unanswered, but I do hear back from them when I call (3 times now). Honestly, I just want to return the items and get a refund because this is insane. It also took over a MONTH to ship the products. I was promised a $10 store credit for the shipping delay and never received that either. I don't recommend them solely because of their customer service. Their products are okay, but not for the price.”

“I ordered a product and love it but the customer service/shipping was poor. I ordered In Nov get a product before Christmas. I paid Extra for 2 day shipping. I emailed twice and was told product would ship within 7-10 days with 2 day shipping in plenty of time for Christmas. In January I emailed again and was told they would get the product shipped but it was well over a week later. Why tell people you ship in 7 days and even advertised expedited shipping when there is not such thing. If you shipped timely I would order again as I do Like the clothes”

“I’m irritated with the customer service of this company. I ordered the item on 12/8/2021, first it did not say at the time I ordered it would arrive after Christmas. Thankfully I was purchasing it for myself and not as a gift. Then the new year comes and goes and I have literally no update on my order. I would have never been notified that there was a problem with the new warehouse and the items weren’t coming. I had to reach out because I was looking through comments on Facebook where many other customers were saying they were getting scammed because their items never arrived. BIG RED FLAG. Learn how to communicate with your customers so they aren’t left thinking they are getting scammed. I will probably not order from here again.”
