After reading all the reviews I would rather pay $100 more and buy local than to be stuffed around for weeks not knowing if it will arrive and refunds can take 30days after they agree to refund. I just went through this with Crazy Sales [ DO NOT BUY FROM THERE EITHER] waited 8 weeks with no item and then had to fight for a refund. I will do my shopping somewhere else. “I sent a message to the SPAREBOX on eBay asking where the Slime Heavy Duty foot pump was made, as I was looking for a quality unit I could rely on. The reply I received was that “Looking into this for you I can see that the Slime 2064 is assembled in England and distributed from there.” When the item arrive I was angry to find that the item was in fact made in China. An outright lie from Sparebox!!!!! I have the original message from Sparebox in case they want to deny their lie and pathetic business practices. Look at all their NEGATIVE comments on Ebay and elsewhere! DON’T buy from Sparebox!!!!! I will NEVER buy from this company again. EVER!!!!!”

“Firstly they tried claiming my order put up red flags in their system due to being paid for with Zip Money, following that being cleared up (the next morning) I waited for my delivery which was meant to be 4-8 business days away only to get an email 6 business days later stating that they did not have the items in stock and asked if I would like an alternative, I replied within a couple of hours advising that I would like them to offer me an alternative at the same price (having seen an option on their website that was $132.95 where my original choice was $129.95), and stating that I was extremely disappointed with their slow response as I was expecting my order in the next two business days, I have only just now (two full days later) recieved a response stating that they have no alternatives they can offer at the same price. I should have had my order delivered no later than today according to their website and they could not even be bothered making sure it was checked for availability until after it should have been shipped. DO NOT ORDER, THEY ARE NOTHING SHORT OF INTENTIONALLY DISHONEST.”

“Horrific customer service! Ordered parts on the 19/10/21 only to find out their out of stock and need to wait until 29/10/21. No surprises as on the 29/10 no parts showed up! Then its the latest date of delivery 12/11/21? Now the 15/11/21 and still no parts! These grubs take you money then jerk you around and don't deliver! Thank god I paid via PayPal as I can get my money back!

I emailed with my car year and details and received a reply from "Ricky" asking me for my car year and details. I emailed back and received no reply for a week after which they again asked me for my car year and details. All I wanted to buy was a catch can.
