my new hearing aids, look great on paper but after several months they still do not give me the confidence I was looking for. The back ground noise is too loud, every time I eat I have to take them out. I have had my hair cut around my ears because of the constant rustle of my hair on the receiver, I have been back to the shop several times but I still am not satisfied.

Extremely disappointed, purchased a pair of rimless glasses (varifocals and reactolite) costing nearly £400 I have been back to store on three occasions during the past 14 months to have nose pads changed and where they have been changed the pads hinges have rubbed against the glasses which has left scratch marks which now affect my vision. Disgusted the store will not exchange them told I could have 50% of a new pair of frames only excluding varI focal and reactolite!!! Spent thousands with your company over the years...disgusted customer service

I am 63 and qualify for the 25% discount. What annoys me is you can only have one offer. So I am no better off than when I was 59. I could have 2 pairs but then no 25%. A bit misleading.

I have a new prescription for varifocal lenses but cannot find any prices for such lenses on your websites, particularly for thin varifocal lenses. I presently have Essilor lenses. Would you please provide me full details of your varifocal lenses. Thank you.

My wife recently had laser eye surgery and now requires new reading glasses, she thought that getting new lenses fitted in her old frames would be sufficient but was shocked to find that it would cost more to have the lenses fitted to her old frames than it was to buy new frames, especially when the same frames she has are still on sale. Why??
Asked by David (6 years ago)
I had the same, new frame was £89, but when asked to have new lenses put in old frame was told it would only be £20 cheaper than new lenses and frame.

Why is there such poor choice in the petite range and why has the Karen Millen range been stopped? So fed up with this issue. I'm due an eye test in May and had a browse this weekend. There is hardly anything and none suit my age and colouring.

I have had to have 3 eye tests in as many weeks due to not being able to see properly through the new prescription. I am on my 3rd pair of glasses which I have tried to wear but ended up with blinding headache half way through the day. Can I return the glasses and have a refund?
