“I ORDERED AN ELINCROME STUDIO LIGHT, BUT WHEN I RECEIVED IT, IT LOOKED A BIT PLASTICKY AND FLIMSY, SO I PHONED SPEEDGRAPHIC AND TOLD THEM THAT I NEEDED TO SEND IT BACK FOR A REFUND, AND THEY SAID THAT I WOULD HAVE TO SEND IT BACK THRU MY POST OFFICE, WHICH COST ME £19, SO I WAS NOT VERY HAPPY ABOUT THAT. REGARDS BILLY STOCK”

We offer free carriage for purchases over £50, and we will always cover the cost of return carriage for any item which is faulty. This doesn't apply if you change your mind about a product. The easiest and cheapest option for larger items is to book a courier collection online. As advised, Royal Mail will be more expensive, except for small items. We are sorry you didn't like the Elinchrom D-Lite, but having sold several hundred over the last few years we have found it a very reliable product.
