“I have bought from SpeedGraphic since they first started in the 1990's and have purchased both high priced and cheaper items. Irrespective, they always go out of their way to oblige. I have recommended them to members at my camera club, one of the largest in the home counties, and members have been impressed by the range of items on offer and the speed at which deliveries are completed.”

“Bought four neutral density filters. These are really expensive but delicate items so the quality of packaging is important. They arrived very promptly and very well packaged. This is the first time I'd used speed graphics and I was impressed. Will use again.”

“Never received my item. Was made to feel like I was at fault for purchasing / wanting the item and needing it for a specific date; i did allow a week for it to be sent within the UK so ample time by my estimation. The tone of the replies to my messages were indifferent and unsympathetic to my situation. I am a self-employed photographer and on the odd occasion when things go wrong; I do my very best to amend it immediately. What I do not is blame another party, say its out of my control and ask the client to just wait. I don't know if you will agree; but for me every new client is to be treated like the first. I have a loyal client base that hire me over and over again because they know I am reliable and what I say I will do gets done, not time and budget. I am very sorry to say that I will not be purchasing anything from you again and I will not be able to recommend you to anyone; if anything quite the opposite. Also; unfortunately I have to admit that I will not be able to leave you positive feedback. I have been so disappointed and the matter (which was no way of my making) has been dragged out so long, I have opened a case against you to receive my monies and when the matter is resolved I will be leaving you negative feedback. A frustrating matter made worse by very poor customer service.”

“Hi guys, I have used your selves for a good number of years, getting print mounts, filters and most recent inks for my printer, yes you may get the item you require a little cheaper by shopping around but you will not get better and more knowledgeable service. Thanks for all your help over many years.”
