“On May 4th I received confirmation of my order #123308, and moments later I received the other order confirmation for #123319. I had placed the first order and realized I needed an adapter ring, placed the order and left a message that both orders could be combined. Gilly, a rep from your company emailed me a few weeks ago and explained that the adapter ring had arrived and that he needed additional money for shipping. I explained that I had left the message to combine orders and they stated that it was automated and they weren't aware of my message. Upon ordering I was told the step up ring was on back order, and when it arrived I was notified that the Retro-adapter still hadn't arrived, which I was unaware that it to was on back order. I emailed Gilly and asked for a time estimate and how I would go about paying for shipping, this was 2 weeks ago and haven't heard anything since!! I'm not very happy and feel as if I'm being ignored. Waiting........... Regards Steve Franzmeier”

“All aspects of the transaction were done professionally. The Kodak film was delivered on time but have yet to use. I haven't used wet film for a long long time and have recently bought a second-hand 35mm camera and looking forward to using it to experience the whole thing from setting up the shot through getting it developed C.L. Scott”
