“I had not used Speed Graphic before when a friend recommended them to me. I was looking for remote for my camera and found that they were cheaper than many of their competitors. the service was excellent ,they are very helpful. I would thoroughly recommend. D Hope”

“Arrived in excellent packaging much earlier than anticipated . I haven't used photographic dyes for over 50 years and they are just like they used to be ! And as I haven't bought them for that long I think the price is amazing.”

“Very good store for the availability of goods, prices and professionalism of employees. In the store I bought twice. For the first time, when everything was standard for the store, but not standard for me, the employees without delay and exhaustively answered my letter with a question about the next steps. The store does not include UK tax in the cost of goods for non-residents (since non-residents do not have to pay this tax) and I suggested that I need to do something extra to complete the order after placing it in the store (actually nothing from me not required). The order was well packaged and shipped quickly. The second time the situation was for the store and for me non-standard. There were problems in the interaction of payment systems from different countries and inaccurate information from my bank. Nevertheless, Gilly tried to follow the recommendations of my bank, but it did not help, and he gave me the opportunity to pay for the order through another system. Upon completion, the order was just as well packaged and promptly shipped. The situation was extremely unpleasant for me, including due to the fact that I was wasting Geely's time on a situation that was not his problem. Unfortunately, I could not do anything. Because the information I received from the bank was unreliable. And since I can’t guarantee that such a problem will not occur anymore, I won’t order in the store anymore, I don’t want to create senseless problems for the store, which is one of the best from my experience (I buy, almost everything outside the country, in local stores assortment = 0). Separately, it is worth mentioning that the cost of the order in both situations was not very high. I bought Novoflex components (in Russia, where I live, there are official Novoflex sellers (and therefore the official Novoflex store does not send directly to Russia), but they do not have anything available). Sorry that you experience so many problems when buying abroad. Russia is not the only country where there are sometimes difficulties for us, but we are pleased that we managed to resolve them on this occasion, and thank you for your detailed review, and your business.

“The A4 LED Light Panel was purchased in order to sort out a large number of old 35 mm slides. I was surprised at how neat and smart a unit it is. Overall it is 36 x 26.6 cm and only approx. 5 mm thick. The Illuminated area is 32 x 22.6 cm. It has three light levels controlled by a neat touch "button" at one edge of the screen. It is powered by an AC mains adaptor (supplied) providing 5v DC, and connected by a convenient 1.5 m USB cable (supplied). To maximum light level was plenty bright enough.”

“I had not heard about Speed Graphic until I searched for something I wanted to purchase. I am very pleased I found out about them as the service is excellent, the order arrived when expected in perfect condition and they have in stock a great selection of film, some of which I have had difficulty finding. As I live in the Channel Islands I was pleased I was not charged VAT as I usually have to request it is refunded. Would certainly recommend. Their website is easy to navigate round and use.”
