“A $13 bottle of wine cost me $50 with delivery and it was delivered earlier than the requested delivery date when I knew the recipient wouldn’t be home to accept it. Twice I’ve ordered through Spoil Me and both times I’ve had issues. There won’t be a third.”
“Free shipping was advertised on other pages yet not on all as I had to pay a fair amount extra for the box. When i saw the photo from the recipient I did expect to see more in the box for the price.”
“Pretty disappointed with these. I ordered two boxes for Father’s Day, I selected that I’d like them to be delivered day before or on Father’s Day. Instead both were delivered on the Tuesday before hand, it’s nice they got there but way too early. If there was an issue to get delivery on the day I selected then some communication would have been ideal.”

I dont want to ask the person as if I dont know what I got them! Also was delivered a day early which is not terrible but not great when it is for a birthday.”
“Ordered parcel for mothersday and marked as such. Mothersday is over, and 8days since I ordered and I actually dont need it anymore. Couldnt get hold of Spoilme or courier via phone. Kids woke up empty handed with nothing to give to mom. Had to go spend another $100 just so they can have something for mom. Service shouldnt stop when parcels are despatched as this forms part of the experiece to customers. Couriers form close partners and should be managed accordingly.”

“Package was fine however arrived a week after it was ordered. Understand postal situation in NZ isn’t great however the package sat with the delivery driver for 7 days before being delivered. Chocolate was melted and well after the birthday it was intended for. Disappointing service.”
