I bought a swimming pool from this company on 9th April and was sent automated email that everything was ordered money taken from my account and all. On 15th April I was told the order was shipped from the warehouse so I thought ok great it will be here for my sons birthday. Then on 21st April I get another email telling me that the item was out of stock and would not be back in stock and I would have to wait to June. They asked me then how would I like to proceed they would even offer me a full refund. I contacted them straight back and after a number of emails I am still waiting to here back. I have told them now that I will now be in contact with my solicitor and also I will be contacting trading standards. As people are not working due to this pandemic we all dont have money just to throw about. This was also a birthday present for my son who was so disappointed as I couldnt get this item. I also see they trading under different names also UK Sports Imports and RCD Retail. Please do not even think of buying products from these guys. I wouldsay go to another retailer instead.

Ordered a home gym and cross trainer on the 26th of March costing £600. Did my research and they were in stock not on pre order. Told I would receive them within 10 frays, but with covid may be longer. It's now the 3rd of May. Nothing. Can't contact them by phone and all emails are just an automated response. So can't cancel order or get any information at all. Absolute joke. How they can continue selling things is disgusting using the covid virus as an excuse for lack of service. If they don't have the products stop advertising them for sale.

People should contact Watchdog. Use their contact page and let's all expose tgis disgusting company. I stupidly purchased goods from this site yesterday and I don't hold any hope that they will come. I've given them a week before i take further action.

Problem with order. I purchased a spin bike from the website which arrived on time, within a week of use the resistance nozzle stopped working. I have tried to reach out to customer services via the contact form several time and have had no response. I try to reply to them and the emails bounce back.(postmaster) I messaged 3 weeks ago and again last week and still no response. It would be great to have this issue sorted immediately.

Complete con artists. Ordered a spin bike over a month ago - zero communication, no way to get hold of them on the phone and won't respond to emails. Will only make contact if you leave a bad review, and then will be utterly rude to you. Told them to cancel my order and refund me over a week ago but to no surprise I've heard nothing. Have now had to make a claim on my credit card. Disgusting scammers. AVOID!

Disgusting company and customer service. Purchased the item five weeks ago and still no delivery. After three emails chasing them (phone lines are not in operation due to Covid19) I have finally had a response which doesn't propose a resolution and instead just apologises that the item was "lost in transit". My attempts to respond to their email have failed now for three days. Absolute cowboys. Do not order from this company.

Avoid at all costs sold us sub-standard product then extremely poor customer service. I have tried to contact three times by email .... no response prior to that made numerous calls to customer service who put us through to the "technical department", who have now sent out two spare parts but golf trolley still not working.

Covid19 scammers! Making money out of people when others are all sold out... advertised exercise bike - ordered, took £299 out of my account 1 day later, confirmed delivery for day after - day of expected delivery, received an email saying oopps we have no stock?! Cannot get hold of anyone for a refund!! Cowboys! The bike is still available to purchase on their website - disgusting

Lied about having stock of pool table (website also stated in stock when in fact it wasn’t) so received it too late for birthday gift plus it arrived with all hardware missing. Do not trust their website or anything they tell you over the phone

Ordered a massage table and it arrived damaged Tue 16/12. No response AT ALL to any e-mails and extremely hard to eventually reach by phone. Finally got through Wed 17/12. Table promised for Thu 18th or Fri 19th. Damaged table picked up, but no new table. It is now Friday 19th eve. I sent multiple emails. Still absolutely NO response. Very poor customer service and communication.

I don’t think this company deserves 1 star. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE from the manager Alex. I bought a massage bed from their website. I received it and the colours did not match what was on the website and I’m not talking about a few shade off which would be understandable as colours may slightly be different in photos. The colour of the massage bed looked a very light cream almost white in the website photo and I received a massage bed that is of a dark cream almost YELLOW colour (I sent them comparison photos at their request). I was mislead into buying a product which did not meet my needs. They offered me a refund but sending the bed back would be at my cost which I was not happy about as I missed this part in the terms and conditions after reading through it before purchasing in case I needed to return for some unforeseen reason but miraculously it was there this morning when I spoke to them. I spent on average 20 MINUTES ON HOLD WAITING TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE ON MORE THAN ONE OCCASION! My time is money and this took up 2 hours of my clinic time meaning a loss of over £160 worth of treatment and on top of it I have to pay return costs as well as arrange for collection AND i still don’t have a replacement massage bed! ALEX the manager did not possess the skills to deal with customer complaints and resolutions and is therefore unsuitable for this role. I would rather have paid a little extra in my purchase knowing that I would have received an item that I would be happy with from a company who puts their customers first. This has been an UNPLEASANT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SHOPPING EXPERIENCE !!!

Complete cowboys. Avoid them. Sent two pool tables and both could not be built as holes do not line up and some holes have not had holes bodged through. Total waste if £200 and customer service will do anything to avoid liability. Had to send photos etc and then they wanted a collection day to come and take back-had already wasted 2 days on delivery plus a collection day.

Avoid at all costs, just cowboys selling damaged goods to honest people and then rufusing liabilty, claiming they are perfect condition, even after photos provided. I took out a complaint against them and got nowhere as they were not even interested. Complaint was upheld by my credit card and refunded my money. This company should be investigated by trading standards.

Single mum saved for ages to buy pool/hockey table my son for Christmas that has always wanted. Unpacked today (Christmas eve) to put together ready for tomorrow to find some damage. On their site it’s says open Christmas Eve but lines were closed today. Decided to go ahead and put together as no choice now as he won’t have a present tomorrow otherwise. Upon putting it together the whole quality is terrible! It said it was 6 ft table but 1 1/2 ft is wood. I’m so upset about my sons dream present looks awful!!

Horrific company to deal with. Ordered two 14ft trampoline accessories from them. 1 fitted perfectly, the other did not and was meant for a 12ft trampoline. Asked them to collect and replace the item. Was told they have never sent the wrong sized item before so it must be me that's wrong. Have given up on an exchange. 3 weeks later - still at battle trying to arrange collection and refund. They should go into the fancy dress business, specialising in clowns and robbers.

Buyer Beware I ordered a high range treadmill from the website www.sportsandleisureuk.com on the morning of Thursday 22 February 2018 as it explicitly states on the website that it is “Next Day Delivery”, knowing that I would be home all Friday, Saturday and Sunday. I received an order acknowledgement email and a link to their courier, Tuffnells within a few hours. I waited in all Friday, to no avail, and despite regularly checking the courier website for updates and ringing for clarity, No delivery was made. The tracking system left a lot to be desired. I should have sensed a problem then…. It actually arrived on Monday, with no notice to arrange for assistance. Patently, it is a heavy item, but the courier arrived with absolutely no means of getting the delivery off his van - no tailgate lift, no trolley, no colleague, possibly expecting us to handle I into the property – well, if they bothered to communicate with us or had some foresight this could have been done. The driver was unnecessarily shouting across a large drive in a rude and aggressive manner at my Wife, who was patiently waiting in purely in hope to accept the delivery and was willing to help, bar taking the treadmill off the transport herself ! So we never even got sight of the item, and having then contacted the Sales Office on several occasions to get the item delivered satisfactorily, and ultimately cancelling the order due to their inability to fulfil the delivery as advertised, have been informed that it has cost me £66 due to THEIR failings. THEY couldn’t deliver, yet they state that we refused delivery – they couldn’t even get it to our front door ! I have CCTV footage from camera’s to underpin this. Customer Service, flexibility, commonsense and empathy patently do not exist in this “organisation”. I won’t be doing business with these people ever again. I have also complained to the Courier directly, but with again with no satisfactory response.
