I went in today looking for some clothes for my daughter and I and the two young ladies working did an amazing job helping us out and making sure we found everything we needed and more! Great workers, they both stopped what they were doing to help us out!

For a sports store, they carry very little in the way of sports equipment or clothing. More of a casual wear store. Go elsewhere if you want sports clothing or equipment.

Ordered 4 items online, 2 were in new shape. 2 pairs of shoes were wrong, one pair they had given us two different sizes..and the other pair just one of the shoes was clearly worn and dirty and returned like that. Do you have no quality control? Avoiding like the plague next time as i think they are going bankrupt

I will never order anything from Sportchek again as their customer service is horrible. I had subscribed which indicated that a 10% discount would apply to my next online order. When I went to place my second online order, I forgot about the 10% discount so I contacted Sportchek by email to see if they can adjust my invoice. After waiting over a week with no response, I decided to call them and spoke to a rep who showed very little regard about my situation. He was not helpful and by looking at all the other complaints from other customers, it's no wonder they have such a poor review. Avoid!

Actually, I would only give 0 to sport chek for customer service but I only gave 1 because two of the three customer service people that i talked to were ok. Sport chek took my money for items NOT delivered, ordered about a month ago, and have yet to get my money back! The items were lost in transition and Sport chek reps claim they are so busy and not able to address my refund, i just have to keep waiting... right. BS is what this is. I want my money back for items i did not receive but they won't give it. I just have to wait...

discovered that item ordered online had the incorrect billing and shipping information and yet sportchek was still able to charge my card!? Called in and spoke to agent who stated they can't do anything about it and i had to wait for the item to be shipped to the incorrect address and then hope that it was returned in order to receive a refund??? never buying anything from sportchek again, worst customer.

My order never arrived. Canada post investigated and noted the file that it was their fault and sport Chek should issue a refund, but they simply left my complaint in "investigation" status and left me on hold every time I try to follow up.

Interesting to be on hold for over 30 minutes with Sportchek customer service, listening to a recording asking people to be kind. When my call was finally answered with a 'nothing we can do' attitude, and the representative stating in a condescending manner 'sorry, you don't understand', I was left being pretty well told I was stupid from a representative who didn't give a damn. Kindness works both ways. Teach your people how to find solutions instead of being nasty. I will make sure to spread the word on your poor customer service philosophy.

Lost package through shipping. Will take 10-15days for an investigation. And then another x amount of days for a refund. Absolutely atrocious, Amazon is much better.

If I could give zero stars I would. Anna is the worst costumer service rep I’ve dealt with. Asked to speak to a supervisor, she says NO, and tells me it’s not going to change anything. Completely rude and unprofessional on the phone. I am a paying costumer, my order has been paid for in full yet no one can tell me where it is. Continually told loomis has picked up my order yet it’s still sitting in the damn warehouse. Worst experience shopping with sportchek. They’ve forever lost my business. #teamfootlocker at least you’ll get your order on time and not be treated like scum

I really enjoy shopping at this particular store in South Common....the staff there have been so nice to deal with ✌🏼 Absolutely loved the front staff ZOYA and KEMI they made it such a great experience....oh and definitely ETHAN as well ;)

Order my shoes from them it took way longer to deliver than expected. When they did the shipping company delivered on the wrong address. Not being enough, I’ve waited 10 days for a management team to give me a call and update me on the cases. All I got was a we don’t have the shoe anymore and didn’t offered anyway to assist me. Honestly, any interaction with every single customer representative sounded so burocrático and lack of knowledge of what I seems to be a very straight foward scenario.

You can only use two gift cards online at once and they do not combine balances for gift cards through customer service. The people who work at customer service lack in the customer service and intelligence department or is that the company itself? Take your business elsewhere.

I just ordered a series of things online roughly a week ago due to the lockdown and retail stores being closed. I just received my order today and unfortunately there's no receipt or return label instructions whatsoever inside my package. I tried on my items and unfortunately have to return them because I have a long torso and all of these medium sized shirts are too small in length. I called customer service and explained my situation and they stated that due to COVID they aren't including these things inside packaging. Why? This makes absolutely no sense whatsoever! All other companies include this so why not Sport Chek? This is actually making a lot more work for the customer to then have to reach out to you and then request an email version. The representative sent me the email but there's then a link inside the email for the return label which he didn't know about or know how to navigate to get to the actual return label. I then asked him if it's free return label and then he said no that I would have to pay for the return out of pocket. For a company/companies NOT offering this especially during these unprecedented times due to COVID and lockdowns and restrictions is unbelievable! I personally will never order online with Sport Chek ever again!!!

Went specially to sports check to encourage a Canadian company. Research the product I wanted, selected the size, then payment...2 days later to get an email that my order was cancel as the product was not available...went through that whole exercise for nothing...what a waste of my time. If a product is not available...take it off your selection...and this is not the first time this happens...but this is last...I’ll shop somewhere else.

Very poor service. Ordered online for tennis kit including tennis racket, bag , dampener total around 170$. Firstly ,received just half order,in which babolate racket have some issues with the sound since day 1. Remaining order they tried to deliver after 1 month, but not received- they use loomies express for online delivery! Had to call 15 times to retrieve order (to find my status of the order) When tried to call sports check they told me call loomies express, when called loomies express, was told to call sports check again as they cancelled the order. Moreover, they put the note on my account saying, customer not at home(did not received call from deliver,nor my door was knocked). Did not get satisfied answer and after 1.5 month got my half money back in the account.

I really liked Sport Chek's customer service at 75 Gunns Rd, Toronto. The store manager Alex took great pains to help me put my bike into my car. it was not easy as I had a sedan and it was a big bike. Still Alex helped me by pushing the car seats down and found a way to fit the bike in. He saved me the trouble to rent a bigger car to get my bike home. I have always been pleased with the store staff's service and professionalism. Thank you and Keep up the good work.

I was pretty disappointed, they have climbing shoes listed online but I went there and there are none on hand to try on, so I’m not even sure what size to order... kind of annoying.
