I bought some running shoes at the store on Robson, I was a little unsure of the fit and asked the cashier if I could return if they weren’t comfortable and only trying in my home, he said absolutely. I took them home, wore then for 5 minutes walking up and down my condo hallway, which is not very long..I decided they weren’t right so I returned the next day to the store. The manager looked at the bottom of the shoes and said she couldn’t return they were too worn..TOO WORN?..how is that possible? It’s ridiculous. So I REMIND a you to look at the bottom of the shoes and take a picture when you buy them to prove what they look like when you buy..They can be worn around the store by a lot of people, then it’s blamed on you for wearing them too much.. the returns are completely unfair..so be diligent when you purchase there.

Ok so I placed an order 7 days ago....purolator to deliver 2-5 business days, they charged my credit card on day one and still no product and purolator tracking says no updates since I placed the order. I have spoken to 4 people now at customer service and emailed with purolator and both have no updates or information for me? This is totally unprofessional and unacceptable from a customer's perspective. I don't understand why customer service said they would look into it 2 days ago and still no resolution. Now a manager sent me an email this am and said she would look into it and still no answer. I give up. Will never ever order from sportchek again!!!

Customer service at cash out was absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced....never shopping here again...don't be afraid to smile...wish I could remember her name, she should not be dealing with customers...worst service.

I was send a used pair of running shoes, with gravel still wedged in the soles. I called and eventually they refunded without me having to go to store, so they made it right. But I will not buy from them again. It was awful. What moron sends used shoes. Check out my photos. And yes, that was the ci diton of the shoe box ! Lol. This store deserves to be boycotted. This was to be a gift for my aunt. Sending store: Brampton ontario

Hello, I recently had an experience at the Sport Chek store in Abbotsford. I was trying to use a remaining gift card and asked customers if they would like to make a transaction with me. The manager at the cash register saw me and, without asking what was going on, immediately told me to leave the store. At first, I didn’t know he was the manager, so I asked who he was and why he was treating me this way. He kept telling me to leave. I felt like I was being treated as if I had done something wrong, even though I hadn’t done anything wrong. I felt very embarrassed, as if I were a thief. After the incident, I left the store. I would like to understand if this approach reflects the store’s policy. I believe the situation could have been handled with more communication and respect.

Order a pair of shoes for Christmas present sent half a box ripped up in a plastic bag looked like a pair of returned shows absorbed disgusting and ridiculous that some moron at sport chek though that was acceptable!!!!!!!

I purchased a Columbia Men's Loma Vista™ III Jacket. Within three weeks the zipper started to fray. It fell apart within a month. Nice Jacket as it fit me perfectly. Shame about the actual materials it was made from, especially given the price. I suggest anyone buying this brand scrutinise the materials, especially the zippers.

I ordered shoes for my daughter for Christmas I received the wrong size so I contacted sport chek, they told me I would have to go to a courier and mail them back and wait for a return, if I still wanted these shoes I would have to go on and purchase a second pair. I received the second pair and AGAIN the wrong size! Now they are saying I have to go back and mail these ones back as well and purchasd a THIRD pair if I still want these shoes and wait for them to receive the other two pairs back before they will issue me a return. These are a Christmas present and on my daughter's list so I wanted to get them for her this is RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased some runners, within 3 days of receiving the runners went down 40%. I called customer service as per my instructions. And was told they do not price match with competitors and would not price match the store price either.

I bought some shoes on line. I decided not to pick them up from the locker and expected the amount to be credited back to my account as they say will happen on their website. After more than 30 days there is no sign of my refund. I have phoned the customer service a few times and they tell me that it can take up to 30 days for the refund. It is still not there so I have opened a case. Hopefully I will get my money back before the next century.

I bought 2 pairs of dumbbels couple of years ago from SportCheck online app but found they were made of very poor material (rubber) as they were melted when I put them on my internal window's stage, I ever call the store but no refund allowed. Then I put them all in my bed room's table stage without any sunlight touched, but they still sticked to the table plate with even worse looks. They were made in China and the quality was very very poor !!!

I purchased a foot joy golf glove and within 5 weeks it tore to pieces in the palm section. I had played 6 games of golf with this $32 glove. I returned to sport check on Regent ave. In Winnipeg, Mb. And the manager on duty told me it was normal wear and tear and that he could do NOTHING for me. Very poor service and needless to say I highly recommend that you don’t shop at Sport Chek as they do not stand behind their products that they sell!! I should have looked at their 1.6 rating before I purchased my glove. Live and learn!!

Website is broken site cannot be reached not to mention the reviews for the actual website are through Facebook and there is no actual options to leave reviews over Facebook so that is another thing just false clickbait to no literal reviews whatsoever I think the company is really poor and unprofessional due to these major issues that they neglect to fix clearly .. Get actual reviews on Google like most businesses do not use Facebook where there is no actual reviews to even be made.. Lmao real unprofessional

Purchased expensive running shoes yesterday (May 25, 2024). Cashier verified size then placed the shoes on the counter, but without a word, she placed the shoebox behind her on the floor. I tapped my payment and as I was doing that, she said, “ without the box, you cannot bring the shoes back”. ( And now, I’m thinking, I won’t likely bring the shoes back, but why did she take the box without my permission, what if they were a gift for my child and they didn’t fit?). I looked at her, but instead of asking about the box ( I was a little dumbfounded and confused), I asked her for a bag to carry out the shoes. She told me the bag would be two dollars. “ Two dollars?? Really?” I asked her. Anyways, I pointed at the box and said, “ I’ll take the box”. I’m still not sure of the return policy. I thought that this was quite cheeky of her and definitely inappropriate. She apparently expected me to carry out my new shoes in my hand. I was intending to continue shopping next door, but now with box in hand, I returned to my vehicle before continuing to shop next door. Very inconvenient. When I arrived home and told my family. We all had a story from Sport Chek Collingwood. My husband had bought 3 shirts and had to carry them to the car without a bag because he did not want to pay the two dollars, but did not have a bag. He expected bags to be perhaps 30 cents for which he would have purchased one. According to her, the money from the bags are directed to the store’s charity ( of which SportChek gets the credit from our generosity and charity tax break). But, she did not give me a choice with the box. It was either carry out the shoes by hand, or purchase a bag. I did not bring my own bag. Salespeople lacking knowledge and indifferent service, overpriced shoes and now you can’t take back your shoes without a box, but without any permission from customer, box was taken away? Really? Who is paying here? I can, and will shop elsewhere. Collingwood, Ontario Sports Chek will never see me and I intend to tell everyone I know, including those on my social media account. PS: I bought a 75 dollar pair of Nikes there last year— they lasted 3 months before they lost their support and now both soles are peeling from the upper. Cheap shoes sold there for too much money. Amazon.ca will be a better choice and will provide better customer service than the zombie sales team at SportChek, Collingwood Ontario May 25, 2024.

My wife purchased 2 pair of shoes online as she always does, she’s comfortable adding in to cart and finalizing with the checkout not checking the address. Almost a month had passed and we finally knew that it was misdelivered to same exact address in Moose Jaw now we follow up at customer service that there’s nothing they can do about it. I told her that granting my wife inadvently overlooked to check the address are they gonna let us carry the burden in retrieving such items in Moose Jaw considering that they have the complete address and has a sportchek outlet in that city. She offered us to a 10% discount for our future purchase in store to which we decline. Me and my wife purchased online for almost a dozen times and in store and from now on we will never go near their doors in yorkton to our dismay. Really frustrating experiences.

I purchased a pair of running shoes online. We are now hitting the week mark, and the only email I received that there is delay. When I called customer service, they told me that they will look into it, but can't say how long it will take.
