“My husband has arthritis in his feet and it's really difficult trying to get shoes to fit. Today we went to Sports Chek and met Rachel and Jonas. As soon as we started to walk towards the shoe wall this young lady, approached us (Rachel ) with a big smile asked if we needed any help, good start! We told her what we needed, explaining how bad my husbands feet were and immediately off she went collecting shoes. The first couple of pairs were too narrow and then Jonas appeared. Again the shoes were too narrow but Jonas was not deterred, off he went into the storeroom and came out with another pair, bingo!!!!! They fit like a glove but they were a return and were marked slightly 😫 we asked to see the manager so we could tell her about these two great staff members, Jonas was still working on the mark. The manager arrived and we explained what was going on, she gave us a 10% discount!! Visiting Sports Chek was not only a pleasure it was an all round great experience!!! We will definitely be back!”

“If you need any work done on your bicycle, ask for Sabri. He is very knowledgeable, polite and caring. I decided to change the width of my tires and Sabri helped me choose the correct inner tube, ensured that it fit my frame properly, and was well balanced. He also replaced a rusted brake part without charging and told me about unsafe cracked helmets. Sabri is a major asset to this store-highly recommend him!”

“My really old bike had a flat. Simple right? Nope. Everything was rusted on a they had to order a brake assembly, that luckily, they were able to find. It took some time but when I did get the bike back, the bill was only for changing the tube. 6.99 for the tube and a flat $10 fee. All the time and cost of new brake was covered by them! They kept updating me and were ALWAYS professional and super nice. I can’t say enough good things about the bike techs a Meadowtown Sort Chek. Thank you!”

“I came to Sport Check at Westshore today to pick up my online order. I had not printed or downloaded the email/receipt. I was there around 11:00. Both the cashier at the front, and the man working the service counter were very gracious and accepting of my mistake. After producing photo I.D., I came home with my new jacket, very happy indeed. Thank you!”

“Had a great shopping experience today at your Sportchek on Cliff Avenue in Courtney,BC. The customer service from a young man by the name of Chas (sorry if I have misspelled his name )was excellent. He was a real help in my purchase of a Nike Hoodie for my grandson. If possible perhaps he will receive this recognition from me and will receive some much deserved recognition from your store manager. Thanks very much.”

“My in person review. I have had nothing but excellent experiences at SPORTCHEK Bayshore. I travel a fair distance to this SPORTCHEK and I can honestly say that Matt the manger has always gone above and beyond to help me with orders and returns, some of which were complicated dealing with defective product issues. If Matt is leading the staff by example, they too will provide the highest level of service.”

“My wife and I had the pleasure of having Ryan as our salesperson when purchasing a bike recently from the Georgetown location. Seriously they should clone Ryan as he is the epitome of what a salesperson should be. Polite, informative, helpful are all traits he exhibits. It made the whole experience a real pleasure.”

“I have shopped at Sport Check Beacon Hill several times over the years and always had a great experience. My latest visit was awesome, and nice young man named Angel helped me find the right hiking boots. New to hiking I really needed some help...he was patient and paid attention to what I asked. I ended up with a great fit, the boots look great and I am very grateful!! All the staff were helpful !!”
