In the physical stores, they don't refund if something doesn't fit and is returned promptly in perfect condition. I've looked into the law on this and they are absolutely within their rights (there's more rights if you purchase on-line). This rather begs the question why bother going into the physical store if there is less convenience. Sports Direct have a fairly bad reputation for the way they treat their staff and it looks like this extends to their customers too. I WILL BE darkening their door again in order to spend the £53 voucher I have been forced to have, but NEVER AGAIN AFTER THAT. I am also hoping that this, with the other review will cost SD at least £53 in lost sales........ Avoid at all costs!!!

This store have stolen my money. I returned an item that was too small and at first they said that the item had not been received, despite Royal Mail confirming that it had been delivered. Then, after eventually agreeing to refund me the money, they never actually did - but updated their system to show that the refund had been issued (3 weeks before they had argued online with me about not receiving the item apparently - why would they do that if they had already refunded me??) and are now telling me the issue is with my bank. Meanwhile, I have paid for an item that I no longer have, whilst they can sell an item again that has already been paid for once.

They tell you that you can return items to the store if you pick up from the store but you can't. RIP OFF and untruthful.

Agree with others. Would never ever buy from them again. Paid £10 for next day delivery for my son. Did not arrive, fair enough as sometimes these things happen but then to not be able to get hold of customer service. Different responder each time, offered a voucher (a voucher!!!!) for free delivery next time (as if!) and then a 10% discount. Disgraceful. Be very very careful. Also notice they don’t do refunds in store either

Very disappointed that the client does not have any protection if something happens during the delivery. . I had placed an order for over £500 and was delivered with torn packages and missed items inside with Evri delivery. After complaining and providing photos customer services did not make anything to compensate my loss and told me to speak with my payment provider. They just said that the investigation into the delivery has been made and all the items have been delivered. This is the word of the delivery, where is my word then? Who will take responsibility for the torn package with missing items? Where is our protection as customers? For such an amount spent on Sport Direct they should make some insurance. The packaging is weak. No protection, no care for the customers. Never will do shopping with them again ever!!!

No good customer service, the chat ends so quickly before I even delivered my message. Also, I have not received the item I ordered, on the website the pictures are misleading, the shows a women's tank but it is actually a shirt instead. When I ordered online on June 22, a product that was completely different from the image was delivered and I inquired. Image.] If you don't like it, refund it. That was their answer. So I paid the round-trip shipping fee and sent it to the first class with a signature and tracking at the post office, and after tracking, they received an item signed on July 3, but I asked them why I couldn't get a refund. I always use the post office for first class with the sign and it has never been lost, but why did the product only get lost when I requested a refund from Sports Direct? Responding to customers is very late, sticking to the company's friendly policy and pretending to be for customers, but responding like a parrot without thinking about customers at all. Where other common UK companies offer refunds within 3-5 business days, this company also states refunds within 14 days. Refunds can only be made with a voucher at the store. It's like a robbery with no service at all. This is just a scam. This is the worst company I've ever experienced. I will never use this company again.

Sports Direct bunch of scammers Oh dear I have just been scammed by this ridiculous company. They sent me out some trousers that were twice the size requested. After some huffing and puffing on their side, asking me for information I repeatedly gave them and photos, they allowed me free return via Evri. Twenty-three days ago, they said 'Good News! We’ve got your return, detailed below...' but failed to refund me. I respected the two weeks they claim they need for a refund. Then, on informing Sports Direct I had not been refunded, they finally, after several emails, decided to tell me that on looking in the package, it was empty! I only returned one thing. If the package was empty when they received it, would they not have noticed at that point? Of course they would have done! And Evri, would they not have noticed the package was empty as well?! Come on! Never, ever will I buy any other item from these thieves. £37 stolen by these shameful scammers that are Sports Direct. I would suggest people, don't take the risk—if they send out a faulty item, they can pretend they did not receive a return and will just steal your hard earned money. Well done, Sports Direct, what you have claimed is actually impossible!

Anyone else out there who has suffered significant financial losses as a result of fraud? For assistance, kindly go to Cp-investigation (.) com right away. Do not let the perpetrators of these scams get away with ruining you financially. Get the peace of mind you deserve .

Hire a professional hacker to get you access into their mobile phone. I suggest you contact SHAW for this and more. Never buy online from Sports Direct, ever! 1) They used Evri as their delivery service who from my experience are the worst parcel company in the UK. Even though, as requested, I took a photo of my safe place if I wasn't in, they still left it hanging out the letterbox! 2) Even though I bought the same style and size shirts as previously, this time they are too big! This has happened before with Sports Direct. Surely if you order the same product in the same size it should fit the same as previously, but no! 3) The fact that I had to pay for postage for delivery as well as return meant that I had paid out money but got nothing to show for it.

I placed an order for approx £181 and paid for next day delivery. My account showed parcel is with courier, the courier states the parcel is with Sports direct. When using online chat with Sports direct, they tell me there is a a warehouse issue. They won't refund me for items not received and won't deliver my items. They have robbed me blind and are getting away with it. Do not use Sports direct. Disgusting thieving service Sports Direct has breached the consumer rights act and still refused a refund. I have emailed their "cs" email over 200 times for my refund which are refusing to give and I still don't even have any products for something i paid next day delivery for almost a week ago. Further to this I have requested a cancel of my order due to their failures and to receive a refund - no refund provided and they keep stalling! I have started legal proceedings now and to top it off, I'm still being told to wait another few days, then another few days. they have stolen a large sum of money from me and failed to deliver goods paid for. Then they complain and refuse to refund when I request a refund for their failure to supply goods! This website is requiring proof of purchase to post a 'verified' review - unfortunately, I don't have goods as a proof as Sports direct have failed to deliver said goods or return my money to me for failure to supply purchased goods ( breaking the consumer rights act) and I will not post account numbers online To sports direct: you have my details already

I bought cheap item online. Sports direct added huge postage after transaction final stage without warning. I’ve spent 30 minutes trying to cancel and been told I can’t. Disgraceful. I will never spend with this company again. Customer service is non existent.

Didn't receive all ordered items, but sports direct claimed they were delivered. Went through all the customer service steps and they still refused to accept that the items were missing. We are talking small change ( 42 euro) and for a company of this size, all that can be said is that they are complete and utter robbers...shame on you sports direct

I paid the high price of £9.99 for Next Day Delivery for some urgent items. I received an email mid-day on the day the package was supposed to be delivered saying there was a delay and the entire package hadn't yet been processed. The support team offered a next day delivery code off my next order. I responded that this was not acceptable and I would not pay £9.99 for a service that was not delivered. I went on the online chat in order to speak to someone immediately about canceling my whole order as the delivery was time sensitive. The online bot took me to a human and then after less than 30 seconds (before I could even finish writing one sentence about my delayed order) the human support canceled the chat bot and kicked me out of the conversation. This is really terrible customer service. Do not offer services you can not fulfill. Do not ask customers to pay for services you do not fulfill. I should have been given options as to how I wanted my order handled. I should have been automatically refunded £9.99 and given free fastest delivery possible. I've only ordered from Sports Direct a number of times but I've never had a good experience.

Returned 3 pairs of sunglasses got a refund for £20.00 when It should have been £44 none of the sunglasses where £20 so how you arrived at this amount is beyond me ?The Advisor couldn't explain this either just avoiding my question . The advisor on the web chat advised me 2 boxes where empty on receipt . I argued I had put the sunglasses in the cases matching the style with the colour to ensure the correct glasses where in the right boxes! How can you prove that they haven't been lost in transit or taken by a colleague or delivery driver! I was told I must prove I sent them back. The Agent wasn't willing to help me any further and fobbed me off constantly asking me if there is anything else she could help with without resolving the issue or giving me a viable reason why the boxes where empty . Disgusting service . I will never use Sports Direct again !!!
