“Worst experience I’ve ever had shopping with a brand. I purchased brand new and it came used and damaged. I then arranged a return and haven’t heard anything since then. They are now telling my order can’t be found and they won’t refund or send out a new one despite me having a returns receipt.”

“the wrong size arrived and when I have tried to exchange the best I have been offered is a credit note for the shoe amount excluding the delivery charge to re-order through the website. The store have told me they cannot order the specific size - very poor customer service - whilst the attraction is value I now wish I had just spent a few pounds extra and gone to JD or somewhere more professional”

“I ordered several product from you. First ofcall, i dont understand qhy you send 2 different parcels for 1 order. I received my 1st parcel and i am very thankful for it. My second parcel howevel is somewhere in Netherland with Postnl. The status has been on transport for the last 6 days. I didnt receive it and when i called korean post they said that they couldn't find the location of my parcel but said it is in Netherland. I then called Postnl but there is no reply from them. So i have 3 questions. 1) why couldnt you sent all the parcel as 1 2) why didnt you sent both parcels then on DHL 3) where is my second parcel??”

“As always great value....but only three stars because I paid for next day delivery and not for the first time didn't get it,when will they stop using Hermes ? I for one won't be using next day again it is cheaper to go pick it up at the nearest store 11 miles away and avoids waiting in all day for a delivery that's is not coming.”

“The shipping was quit slow and expensive. I ordered at same time goods from adidas.com and it was free shipping and arrived before. I ordered the same size hoodies and one fits ok but the second is bit bigger and material quality is not so good. So I am bit disappointed.”

“They don’t response customer request I paid delivery charge for Nday delivery but item came in 5 days. I ordered size 5 and the box was 5 but she’s were size 4.5 that’s was not problem but it’s been 4 days no response at all.”
