Just received my second order of material for landscape lights that were damaged. Website made it easy to find what I was looking for and it was promptly delivered. Will use them again if needed.

Sprinkler Supply couldn't have been more accommodating. When I had a problem redeeming a coupon and wrote them, I received a notice that my credit card account had already been credited. Then when I had difficulty installing the part, they directed me to a how-to-video and the problem was solved in a minute!

I would have given 5 stars due to the volume of information on the site, ease of ordering and clear, searchable products online catalog. However, the shipping and handling was quite unsatisfactory. Two of the three items I ordered were late and the packaging was damaged. It looked as if the carrier had to do repairs to the packaging so that items did fall apart and out. Additionally, it required me to call you to check on progress and have a conversation about re-routing from another warehouse on the east coast (I am in AZ) after items were already days late.

So far it's been great. The MOST useful thing has been the video tutorials as well as the downloadable PDFs with useful information. I'll be ordering again soon, for sure. BTW...excellent packaging as well.

I had previously obtained Hunter sprinkler nozzles from the local Home Depot or Lowes, but both seem to no longer stock them. I haven't been able to find any alternative nozzles that work for my sprinkler/lawn irrigation configuration, so I am really happy to have found Sprinkler Supply Store. In addition, the local stores had never stocked Hunter 6 inch pop-up sprinklers (only 4 inch), so being able to get them from Sprinkler Supply Store is a real bonus! It is now my go-to source for all sprinkler parts!

Well, the parts are great unfortunately follow-up is not what I expected. When I placed my orders on a Saturday evening over the web for a Hunter Solar Sync Wireless Sensor I had forgotten to order Toro sprinkler body check valves. I placed a second order, within less than 10 minutes. I realized that I was now on the hook for two shipping charges so I called and left a message with the order numbers asking for them to combine them and also sent an email. The only reply was an email telling me how much they appreciated my business. I received the two orders at the same time but was still disappointed in their follow-up. To my dismay, when I went to install the Hunter Solar Sync Wireless Sensor on the following Saturday I realized it was not the one I needed. I need the ET/Rain/Freeze sensor and I ordered the Rain/Freeze sensor, my error. I called again and left a message with all of the pertinent information, I'm on the west coast, asking if I could return the sensor I have to exchange for the right sensor but all I got back was a request to fill out a review. BTW, I also sent an email requesting the same information. They have a pretty good return policy but to avoid a 20% restocking fee I could get a credit. Before I commit to a credit I need to know if they have the right part to apply the credit to the replacement. I can't find the part on their website but if they can order it I would be inclined to return the wrong part and wait for the right part. If you know what you want and they have it I can recommend them to everyone. If you need customer support think twice.

Hi Steven - thanks for your review. I did a search of our email and phone system for your email address, phone number, order numbers, name, etc, including our spam folders, and couldn't come up with anything showing that you had tried to get in touch with us. I do see two orders for you on 5/14, but the initial order was for a replacement transmitter for a Rain Clik and not a Solar Sync. I'm wondering if you might have ordered the Solar Sync elsewhere and had gotten in contact with that company instead of us. Regardless, I'll be reaching out tomorrow during hours to make sure that we get your situation resolved, and I would also appreciate any screen captures you could provide showing your attempts to get in touch. I'd definitely like to investigate this situation to assure that we're not somehow missing contact from our customers, as customer service is definitely a top priority here and what you're reporting is definitely unacceptable. Quick shipping, great follow up. Highly recommend them for irrigation needs. (We bought 11 valves that were installed 20 years ago and are leaking over the next month or so).
