“I ordered a Toro valve and solenoid. The website was easy to use. My parts were delivered in two days. They installed perfectly and my sprinklers are back up and running I could not be happier and will use the Sprinkler Supply store in the future.”

“I ordered a DC solenoid for drip valve, part was in the mail as quick as I ordered it part fits perfect, online ordering was easy great customer service emails, I received emails every step of the way. I will be ordering more parts from them from now on. Thank you, you guys run a great company”

“This is the first time I have worked The Sprinkler Supply Store and I was extremely happy with the service and product. I wanted a bypass switch for my irrigation system so I could work on it if my rain sensor was still active following a rain storm the day before. FSS got back to me immediately and apologized to me because the item was out of stock and they didn't know exactly when it would be re-stocked. Denny offered me a refund. I was so taken by their openness I told him I would wait. Received the item last week after being notified it had shipped.”

“The online catalog is arranged pretty well. I was able to find what I needed, though it did take some looking (I am not a professional). They did have what I needed which isn't mainstream, so that was helpful. Their shipping was prompt and I received my order quickly.”

Thanks for your review, Mark. Apologies for the confusion - what should have been a 1 day ship via USPS within New York State seems to have now taken a week, with stops in Michigan in between for some reason. The tracking is showing your shipment to now be back in New York. We're happy to just get another shipment out to you if it isn't delivered by today.
