This is the first time I have worked The Sprinkler Supply Store and I was extremely happy with the service and product. I wanted a bypass switch for my irrigation system so I could work on it if my rain sensor was still active following a rain storm the day before. FSS got back to me immediately and apologized to me because the item was out of stock and they didn't know exactly when it would be re-stocked. Denny offered me a refund. I was so taken by their openness I told him I would wait. Received the item last week after being notified it had shipped.
