“I placed an online order. Received immediate response order was received and processing begun. Next email stated ordered placed, packaged and ready for USPS acceptance. Packaged arrived two days early.”

“Missing merchandise in shipment. Disappointing first experience with your business. I ordered a landscape lighting kit that was supposed to include the low voltage wire and the weather proof wirenuts, but those two items did not get included in the shipment. When I contacted customer service I got no resolution. In order to complete the project on time, I had to go to Lowes and purchase the wire and wirenuts which cost me an extra $100.00 on top of what I paid to SSS that was supposed to include those items.”

Hi Eric - thanks for your review and apologies for the confusion. It looks like we both shipped replacements and emailed over tracking to you. The wire should be arriving to you tomorrow, the wire nuts will follow on Friday. Please let us know if you need to return these items and we'll be happy to forward a prepaid label over and issue a refund upon return due to the delay.

“I like the quick service. However, I want the products that I order. I ordered (order #204862-1) 20 of item 96157 "Rain Bird Full Circle 8 Stream Xeri-Bubbler 5 in. spike base with bard coupler" and still have not received this item. I received a substitute apparently with little marking and then quickly received a replacement (i.e. X66039, Model XS360TSPYK) upon my complaint. However, this is also not what I had ordered originally. It is close but it emits too much water for my application. I still want what I ordered originally.”

“The only company that had the sprinkler head caps at a reasonable price, and shipped very quick on a small order. Exactly what I needed to complete my house system. I will definitely be back as we change landscaping and need to modify our existing system more. Thanks!!!”

“My Toro electronic irrigation valve is hard to find but after talking with Sprinkler Supply they sent me a valve that I could use the top component and worked out fine. FedEx was a nightmare though”

“Great variety of items, website a little clunky. Fine if you know what you want and have some experience with irrigation but it could be improved by short videos explaining some of the choices. For example: why choose a 25psi pressure regulator instead of a 45psi pressure regulator for 17mm netafim drip tubing? What length 17mm with 12 inch emitter spacing will a 35psi versus a 25 or 45 psi regulator supply?”

“Ordered some Sprinkler Fittings that are hard to find and everywhere else very much more expensive. They were shipped out the same day. Unfortunately, they got lost in the mail system and never got updated past the initial tracking number creation step. Several days passed. Contacted the company and they did the research and found the issue and called me back. The package arrived a day later. The fittings are perfect, the company did well and provided excellent customer service. I will shop with them again as the need arises.”

“Just the right product I needed. I had made trips to the big stores (Home Depot, Lowe’s, ace) but couldn’t find the product. I was lucky I had a sample from my warranty guy and after several online searches found this website. You should consider having the product in the big stores. Might help someone else.”
