Ordered some Sprinkler Fittings that are hard to find and everywhere else very much more expensive. They were shipped out the same day. Unfortunately, they got lost in the mail system and never got updated past the initial tracking number creation step. Several days passed. Contacted the company and they did the research and found the issue and called me back. The package arrived a day later. The fittings are perfect, the company did well and provided excellent customer service. I will shop with them again as the need arises.
