I provided a very good rating for limited reasons. I first called about the product, the person I spoke with was very knowledgeable about it. (Hadco B1 Bulites long shroud.) The pricing was extremely competitive, I placed the order after being told it would be about a 3 day delivery time. Fine. Then the confusion. Shortly after placing the order, receiving confirmation its "ready to go"; I receive an email telling me that shipping will be somewhat longer because Hadco doesn't do things as quickly as "we'd" like and if this is acceptable, I should place the order. Following that email from someone at your organization, I received an email from your shipping department that the product just left Hadcos factory in Texas and will arrive on the day originally scheduled, and it did. While the products were in shipment, I sent the unknown party at your facility, what I believed was my original order number, questioning the confusion as to "did they accept the order or not." Now, I didn't know what to do because I already scheduled a date with my customer to continue work on their property once the original order arrived. But the message I understood from whomever at your organization was sending it, was my order was canceled pending further notification from me. I recall some continued back and forth emails where I tried to understand if my order had been cancelled but the responses were ambiguous. At that point, I didn't know what kind of company I was dealing with, I could not deal with this confusion and I was unable to reach anyone at organization who could make sense of a very simple order. I started to look elsewhere for the product, I found the best price at Louie Lighting. While I was placing the order, my bell rang and there at the door was the UPS guy with my order from you company on schedule as promised. Following not only the receipt and installation of the product, for a few days after, I continued to receive emails asking if I still wanted to place the order! I can't deal with confusion. You never get a second chance to make a first impression. Hope that helps.

The Ordering process was outstanding. Your catalog was easy to find what I was looking for and to add to my order. Shipping time was exceptional. I was expecting a 5 to 7 day process time and shipping but was surprised that the order was at my doorstep 2 days later.. Thank You for the quick turn around. You website has been book marked for future reference and orders.

Sprinkler Suppy did great, however, I did not. I ordered the wrong thing, so it is on the way back to you. I have re-ordered the part that I needed and hopefully it will fix my problem. Sorry there's no picture to offer. I'm just attempting to replace a transformer in the wall unit.

Existing Hunter PGP sprinklers worked marginally well but riser seals leaked. Ordered Hunter spring seat 12504-06 and riser seal 253400. Was told part 181500 replaced 253400. Replaced 11 seals of the 18 sprinkler head circuit. Now all new replaced seals leak so bad that the sprinkler heads won't even pop up. Now I have to replace the 11 riser seals again. Don't know where I'll find parts that work though

Hi John, Thanks for your review. My apologies that the parts that you ordered didn't resolve your problems with your heads. I can see that you called earlier today as well, and we have a ticket for one of our techs to contact you and help get things straightened out. It is correct that the 181500 seals would be the replacement for the 253400, Hunter stopped sending out the kits with the plastic part a couple of years ago and now only send out the rubber seals. When my yard sprinkler control board failed I was told by our local supplier that I would have to replace the whole control system because they no longer stocked replacement parts for my system. Sprinkler supply store had my controller and shipped it out two days later. Problem solved.

Customer service rep (Deny) knew exactally what ineeded & knew what he was talking about. Service was fast &,the price was unbeatable. I will use Sprinkler supply store fir all my needs &,questions. Just to help others reading this review i am a very handy person to begin with so if you are uncertain on doing any job yourself....please leave it to a professional you will only wind up spending more money at the end.
