Parts were missing from my order. Almost impossible to contact customer service by phone. Asked if replacement parts could be shipped faster since I was in the middle of a job. This request was ignored and will now have to wait almost a week to get the parts. There are plenty of other sprinkler parts stores on the internet and that is where I will be buying from in the future.

Hi Carrie - thanks for your review. I just checked your order and I'm seeing part 590307 on the order, which is the 3/4" ASV/ABV repair kit. I've reached out privately to get this resolved for you, but if you received the 3/4" kit then it does appear that you received what you ordered. Well, the parts are great unfortunately follow-up is not what I expected. When I placed my orders on a Saturday evening over the web for a Hunter Solar Sync Wireless Sensor I had forgotten to order Toro sprinkler body check valves. I placed a second order, within less than 10 minutes. I realized that I was now on the hook for two shipping charges so I called and left a message with the order numbers asking for them to combine them and also sent an email. The only reply was an email telling me how much they appreciated my business. I received the two orders at the same time but was still disappointed in their follow-up. To my dismay, when I went to install the Hunter Solar Sync Wireless Sensor on the following Saturday I realized it was not the one I needed. I need the ET/Rain/Freeze sensor and I ordered the Rain/Freeze sensor, my error. I called again and left a message with all of the pertinent information, I'm on the west coast, asking if I could return the sensor I have to exchange for the right sensor but all I got back was a request to fill out a review. BTW, I also sent an email requesting the same information. They have a pretty good return policy but to avoid a 20% restocking fee I could get a credit. Before I commit to a credit I need to know if they have the right part to apply the credit to the replacement. I can't find the part on their website but if they can order it I would be inclined to return the wrong part and wait for the right part. If you know what you want and they have it I can recommend them to everyone. If you need customer support think twice.

Hi Steven - thanks for your review. I did a search of our email and phone system for your email address, phone number, order numbers, name, etc, including our spam folders, and couldn't come up with anything showing that you had tried to get in touch with us. I do see two orders for you on 5/14, but the initial order was for a replacement transmitter for a Rain Clik and not a Solar Sync. I'm wondering if you might have ordered the Solar Sync elsewhere and had gotten in contact with that company instead of us. Regardless, I'll be reaching out tomorrow during hours to make sure that we get your situation resolved, and I would also appreciate any screen captures you could provide showing your attempts to get in touch. I'd definitely like to investigate this situation to assure that we're not somehow missing contact from our customers, as customer service is definitely a top priority here and what you're reporting is definitely unacceptable. Prices were competitive and shipping was quick, however an item was shipped wrong and the issue has not been resolved after several emails over several weeks.

Hi John, thanks for getting in touch. Our apologies for the delay - you can chalk this one up to one of the supply chain issues that you keep hearing about on the news. There's been a global shortage of the silicone rubber that Dura uses to make their o-rings, and we ended up with longer than expected wait for those parts. There are still a small handful of Dura parts that we're still waiting to receive from them. We're hoping that Dura will be able to get caught up during the off season and we'll be able to avoid these delays moving forward. ~ Denny ~ Customer Service Manager

Hi Robert - thanks for your review - your order was shipped out in a timely manner, but the tracking is showing that it stopped moving on the 15th. As of yesterday (the 19th) there was a new hit on the tracking and it started moving again. It should be reaching you in the next couple of days. If it still hasn't arrived at that point, please get in touch with us directly via email and we'll take a look at getting new product out to you ASAP.

Simple order came spread out over at least a week on three different boxes. Just a small quantity of hose clamps 2” and under and a tool for them .

Hi Michael, thanks for your review. Apologies for any confusion - we do have seven different warehouse locations and orders do get split between more than one warehouse on occasion. In this case, we shipped the available items from two separate warehouses, followed by a backordered item shortly after. Please note that we do not charge extra shipping charges when we ship from multiple locations.

Ordered a Rain Bird VBJMB - Jumbo Body & Green Lid. Arrived completely broken at side gates on both sides and one side flap. As was going under ground and I had to cut out my own slots, I glued and used metal duct tape which seemed to hold. Price was great so only reason getting 2 stars.

Order delivery was very slow and inaccurate. Everything was labeled as in stock, but received noticed that some parts were back ordered once oder was placed. Still waiting for items...

Thanks for your order and for your review, and we apologize if we weren't able to hit a home run on your order. It looks like the majority of the order was shipped from two of our east coast warehouses, and the turnaround time once those orders arrived in the hands of FedEx were definitely longer than we usually see for a delivery in Washington. Our automated system should have kicked out an email just to verify that there were backordered parts on the order, our apologies if that didn't reach you. We'll follow up on the remaining parts on the order and let you know the expected arrival date as soon as we have word.

I'd like to give them a higher rating, however I still haven't received the photocell that was ordered over a week ago, and there aren't any updates on the part either. When I checked the shipper, it indicated that the part was still at the warehouse. Not anyone I would purchase from in the future.

Ordered 3 small plastic sprinkler connectors less than $2 a piece and was charged $17 shipping, they sent by first class mail that couldn’t of been more than $5.

Ordered ten hard to find discontinued arc disk seals that were less than one dollar each. My only shipping choice at check out was to pay $11.99 for FEDEX ground. Order was shipped USPS in a small envelope for a much lower cost (no credit) and took five days to arrive. My biggest complaint is the order processing time of 8 business days. Order was placed on 9/21/2020, order shipped on 10/1 and received on 10/5. At least I got them OK and was finally able to complete the repair.

Shipping took forever and they blamed it on COVID which I kinda get but Amazon still ships in 2 days so I think these guys can ship faster than 1 week +. When I got the sprinkler heads, they were all mixed together so I was hard to tell which ones were which. They charged a lot more for shipping than it actually cost them so they kinda ripped me off there. The individual prices for the sprinkler heads were great, it's just shipping tips the scale into not that great of a price terrirtory. The customer service was nice and friendly when I contacted them but the service itself was very lacking. I mean USPS offers 2-3 day shipping so there's really no company out there that should take longer than that to get you your items. If you want to compete with the big dogs (Amazon, Walmart) then you need to be as good or better. If I can find these heads somewhere else, I will, I wasn't very impressed with the price and what I got for it ):
