It was estimated that the parts would arrive at the latest on 16 June. Parts didn’t show up until 20th of June. Parts didn’t ship until 16 June. Also way too much advertising for my taste. I just need sprinkler parts at a car salesman. He did have the best price for those parts.

I ordered a single part for my irrigation system and now I am on the receiving end of a never-ending string of marketing e-mails. Please stop. I just wanted a flush valve.

Can’t get anyone to answer the phone or return your calls. I even scheduled an appointment for a call and that didn’t happen. I thought when I bought the sprinkler it would hook up to my hose but found out that I had to by an extra piece and a reducer for my water pressure that I bought from Lowe’s because I couldn’t get ahold of anyone from your company.

When a company sells small sprinkler items , they should consider that when it comes to shipping costs, I had to cut my order from 28 to 24 of something I needed because it wasn’t worth paying double in shipping costs for the 4 extra items. Very light items, would not change shipping rate at all

It took several weeks to receive my order. If there are supply chain problems I should be notified. A simple email would suffice.

Hi Charles - thanks for your review. We typically use "10+ days" as a guideline on our backordered items - most backordered items arrive to us about 7-10 working days, we add the "+" because some parts can and do take longer on occasion. It looks like this product ended up arriving just shy of 3 weeks. We do our best to stay on top of these delays and notify our customers when we're aware of them - our apologies that we weren't able to get this out to you in a more timely manner.

This time not such a great experience. 1st an email from FedEx said it was delivered, it wasn't delivered to me but rather back to SSS. 2nd received the package to find parts missing Missing units are on backorder, no notice of same. Long time customer never had an issue.

HI David - our apologies for the confusion on this order. FedEx picked up about 70 packages from our New York warehouse the day that your order shipped out and proceeded to accidentally mark all of them as shipped - they were able to correct this error over the next couple of days, but three of those packages ended up returning to our main office as undeliverable. We immediately shipped the packages back out to the customers. The order for your missing nozzles was shipped the next day and should be arriving to you tomorrow. Looks like we're 4 for 5 with you at the moment, and we hope you'll give us another opportunity to prove this was just a glitch.

I ordered 10 nozzle screens and only received 9 screens. The screens are hard enough to find so I am keeping what was sent.

Good on keeping in contact with updates but ignored my message. I requested in an email three bulbs with a 40 degree 'spread' and received bulbs with a 60 degree 'spread', with no explanation. Not the end of my world since but you asked

Hi John - thanks for getting in touch. I searched our email system for a message from you but don't seem to be finding one. I can see that the order was placed directly on our website and was for bulbs with a 60 degree spread, which would explain why that was what you received. Apologies for any confusion - had we known that you were in need of a different product we would have canceled the order and assisted you in selecting the correct item.

I ordered a quantity of 5, Weathermatic MAX 6 sprinkler bodies and instead was sent 3. MAX 6 and 2, LX 4 models. The inner components of the MAX 6 and LX 6 are not interchangeable with each other and I should have been notified that a substitution was made.

Our warehouses are not supposed to make any substitutions without first asking, so this might just be a case of some LX heads being placed in the MAX bin by mistake. I know that this is a USPS issue and I now always try not to use Ebay because they usually use USPS for shipping, resulting in long shipping times. This shipment with a very low weight (oz's) had a $8.99 shipping cost and therefore could use UPS service, instead it was shipped USPS and as a result took 14 days to arrive!

This is my first time dealing with this company. I purchased a sprinkler part the other day and received it quickly. Unfortunately, it was the wrong size. I contacted the company to see about returning it for the correct size. I was questioned about my ability to order the correct size and was referred to my order. I am not sure if this is standard business practice to question the customer or if I am just interpreting the responses incorrectly. Therefore I am including the chat responses for others to decided. "I purchased a sprinkler part the other day but it is the wrong size. I would like to return it for the correct size. Order number: 198904-1 9:24 AM Hi, thanks for getting in touch. Hi Daniel - apologies if I offended. Tone can be tricky to figure out when you're on chat. I try to be charming, but it doesn't always come across that way. At least that's what my wife tells me. I understand your certainty that you ordered the 3/4" - our system is showing the 1" on your order. It seems like the most likely conclusion was that the incorrect selection was made from the drop down menu when your order was placed. It was a small order and your first, so I credited you back for the order so that you could place a new order for the part that you needed without requiring a return of the other part. My last comment was just a reminder to double check the drop down before placing the new order, as it's a common mistake. I went back and looked a while ago just to assure that your new order was correct, which it was, so you should be all set! First order came in as expected Second order i ordered 5 irrigation T pipe repair kits (with branch extending) and only received 4. I sent an email and a pic of the pvc T pipes in the box but no response

I needed to replace a broken valve cap on my existing irrigation system. The Item ID number is clearly written on the part I need to replace but the Sprinkler supply website doesn't list the part numbers on the website for this product. I ordered the replacement part based on the measurements they provide which turned out to be incorrect. I sent them a picture showing how the measurement was not accurate but their policy suggests the buyer pays 2 more shipping fees (return & replacement). The total shipping cost would have been 6 times the price of the part. I build eccommerce websites for a living. The correct way to deal with this would be to send the customer the right part, thank them for catching the error, and then update the website so it doesn't happen again. To their credit they shipped and responded quickly.

Ordered on 07/23 today is 08/02 and my order is still a state away from me according to the tracking info. So I can’t speak to the quality of the product because I have not seen it yet. The ordering and website navigation was easy to use.
