Hi Eric - thanks for your review and apologies for the delay in your order arriving. I can see that your order was shipped on the 10th. We've been seeing a lot of delayed orders due to the increase in online shopping this year for the holidays as a result of the pandemic. I ordered a part. SSS did not notify me they did not have it in stock. I received a flurry of marketing emails that were fun and friendly after the order. But nothing after that for weeks. Then, I sent an email to their complaint department and they finally responded that they did not have it in stock and asked if I wanted to cancel the order. I just wanted to know when to expect it and was not given a straight answer. Don't take an order if you have no idea how long it will take to fulfill it.

Hi, thanks for your review, and our sincere apologies for the confusion on your order. We actually investigated this, as our automated system would have typically sent out an email to confirm that the part was on backorder and the estimated turnaround time. It turns out that you were absolutely correct, that we had a period of a few days that we weren't aware of where customers were not receiving those notification emails. The system corrected itself, but our tech team is working now to determine how that happened and to assure that it doesn't happen again. Please note that getting straight answers from our manufacturers on arrival times for backordered parts has been difficult this year due to the pandemic, and, knowing that many of our customers are on tight schedules, we've been offering up front to cancel orders for customers who were unable to wait the several days it was taking to get an answer. I received an email saying the sprinkler valve was delivered last Wednesday but I have not receive anything!! Unable to give a proper review until I actually get the product! Please advise! Thanks

Hi Jack, thanks for the review. It looks like the first delivery notification was a bad scan on the part of FedEx, as their system is showing duplicate tracking information for this tracking number that picks back up and starts moving to you again starting on Thursday in Grove City, OH. According to that tracking, your order was delivered yesterday at 2:35pm. Please get in touch if that's incorrect and we'll be happy to take a closer look.

Thought I was order from a place in Traverse city Michigan, that was close to Indiana. No it was shipped from New York. Did not expect it to take the long way around the Great Lakes.

Hi Dennis, thanks for the order and for your review. Our offices are in Traverse City, but we have multiple warehouses that we ship out of. We try to send each order to the closest location that has all of the parts on the order. It looks like a good portion of the delay on your order was the Labor Day holiday that Monday after your order shipped. Regardless, we apologize for any confusion.

I appreciated all the communication I received about my order. It was good to know the status given that COVID has caused so many delays in production and shipping. I was disappointed to open the box and find that there were several dead spiders and webs in the sprinkler box I ordered. I imagine these are probably stored outdoors, but it would be nice to hose them down before shipping them. Luckily the spiders were dead, but still it was gross cleaning them out of the box.

Hi Shelby, thanks for your review. Our apologies, we do sometimes store these outside, but this is the first I've heard of spiders getting inside of the boxes. We'll contact the warehouses and ask them to please be sure to clear the valve boxes of spiders and their webs before shipping.

Shipping took a little while but it’s understandable considering the circumstances and they emailed me to let me know that there would be a delay. When the products arrived, nearly half of the 12 mm Netafim cross fittings had holes in them (the plastic form injection site.) Unfortunately we didn’t notice the holes until after installation. Fun times replacing all of the broken ones.

The order took to long to ship. The fittings I bought are bigger then the hunter fittings that I had a few left in supply and were difficult to insert in flex tubing I bought from you.

Got my product. However, it was not packed with any kind of protective wrapping, paper, etc. Not that it matters too much with sprinklers, but it would be nice to have some sort of protection from the shipping guys throwing the boxes around. Product came a bit scuffed from shipping (again, not a problem but looks bad)

I ordered 2 Kichler transformers on June 27. Today is July 23, STILL WAITING. Of course they already charged me on June 27th. for over $500. If they were a reputable company they would refunded my credit card, and waited till they have a shipment date, then charge me. That was my first order, 2nd went normal, arrived in 3 different shipments. I do like the selection they carry. Jury is still out on their total performance. They could do better.

Finally got everything shipped to me I would like it if you showed the shelf packages of what the quantities are of the parts that I ordered so I didn’t have to order them and you ripped bags open to for fill my order that would be very nice thank you

1) Proactively kept me up to regularly about order status (although only by email). 2) Phone support not available even during documented in business hours. 3) Unfortunately, I could have gotten the same item for $8 less and it would have arrive 8 days earlier. It just the other online supplier did not have the item in stock at the time I ordered from you and it subsequently became available from the other online supplier two days later. I wanted to support your smaller company, but it would be hard in the future with price and time to delivery more. Also return policy more expensive going with your company as I wouldn't have to pay return shipping fee with other company. 4) As of now, I have not receive my other from you (scheduled to arrive July 6, 2020). I would have received the item on June 28, 2020 from the other online company and would have ordered it June 22, 2020.

The site said it would ship in 3-5 days. It was a lot longer than anticipated but we are dealing with covid-19. I need 10 more and will be ordering from here again.

Product shipment of sprinkler heads was good and accurate. The product was good. The shipping charge was high compared to the size of the product and the fact that is shipping was ordinary mail pouch.

Bought two new flow control valves intended to use as parts to replace internal diaphragms in order not to cutting pipe to replace the whole valves. the old valves do not have model number on valve body, I went by looking similar valve from listed pictures. It turned out the internal diaphragm size changed in new valves. I can not used them for the old valves. Do you still have the old model used diaphragm for sale? I need 2 of them. I am attaching two pictures to describe the kind diaphragms size difference . I will keep the two I bought for future use. Thanks My phone # 862 206 9575 Barry Niu
