Yes, this is accurate, as this customer placed his first order with the billing and shipping addresses in the proper fields. They were switched around when he placed the second order. As we attempt to ship out orders as quickly as we can, the order was shipped before the customer contacted us to notify us of the error. We're not able to redirect a USPS order once it has gone out, but we've been attempting to work with the customer to see what we can do to resolve this order that was shipped to the address provided.

“I recently ordered and received parts for outdoor lighting. The communication with Sprinkler Supply Store was clear about the fact that the parts would need to be ordered from the manufacturer. Once ordered the status of the order was communicated at each stage. And did I mention the help that I received from Denny about selecting the right item (or his sense of humor!)? Or did I mention the exceptionally reasonable price? I will be certainly be back whenever I need more help/parts.”
