I recently ordered and received parts for outdoor lighting. The communication with Sprinkler Supply Store was clear about the fact that the parts would need to be ordered from the manufacturer. Once ordered the status of the order was communicated at each stage. And did I mention the help that I received from Denny about selecting the right item (or his sense of humor!)? Or did I mention the exceptionally reasonable price? I will be certainly be back whenever I need more help/parts.
