“Order and delivery process were fine. But sprinklers I ordered (and the accompanying nozzels) were packaged horribly. The were rattling around in a much too large box, not protected at all. I've ordered in the past, and the packaging, boxing was much more efficient and secure.”

I've followed up with the warehouse that shipped your order and instructed them to be sure that they're shipping the product in properly sized boxes with ample packing material. We agree that your order shouldn't arrive to you bouncing around in the box when it reaches your door!

“Ordered a Rain Bird VBJMB - Jumbo Body & Green Lid. Arrived completely broken at side gates on both sides and one side flap. As was going under ground and I had to cut out my own slots, I glued and used metal duct tape which seemed to hold. Price was great so only reason getting 2 stars.”

“Sprinkler Supply Store had in stock the parts I needed (extensions for Rain Bird pop up heads). I could not find these parts in any local supply stores. Ordering online was easy and delivery of the order was prompt. Overall, a positive experience purchasing parts from Sprinkler Supply Store.”

“The order process was good and the delivery service was timely. The only problem is that the valve I received is defective! The valve stays open all the time without power to it and will not close manually.”

“I placed my first order in 2019 and have had several subsequent orders since then. Denny Richards, in Customer Service, provides highly responsive help and support that was/is outstanding in helping me renovate my 18 year old sprinkler system. When I started I had no experience with sprinkler systems and Denny gave me the advice and confidence to tackle the project. Their pricing is competitive, inventory selection is good, delivery time runs about 5 days to receipt. I originally bought from Sprinkler Supply Store to support a small Michigan business but stay with them based on their excellent performance and support.”
