“What can I say about Sprinkler Supply Store. You folks are goooooood, so good that I am going to buy all a bunch of WHITE JACKETS with long sleeves. Truthfully you are the best, glad I found you to do business with.Right now I'm retired but I do work for a select few so whenever I am going to need plenty of one item you will get first consideration.. “Frustrating… their on line photo if the product they shipped out Is not the same I received .. even though they say it’s the same model I ordered. They should post updated Photos of their products! on mint”

“Products were easy to find, reasonably priced, and very clear explanations. The only complaint I have is with their choice of shippers. Sprinkler Supply uses FedEx. For us this shipper is very unreliable. They consistently change delivery dates for no reason. I would like to see a choice for shipping even if it may cost more on the buyers end, give the customer a choice. This is the only reason you didn’t get 5 stars.”

“They were one of the few that had the control valve style I needed. They took a while to ship, but this was disclosed beforehand (C19). I received them they were exactly what I ordered/needed packaged well in a sturdy box. I installed a new valve within minutes and am back up and running. Don’t hesitate to order from this company.”
