“Had a very uncomfortable interaction in this store. Do not feel safe to ever walk in there again. Would go into further detail but don’t want to get anyone fired. Hope management can at least teach their employees to respect customers.”

“Two days ago I stopped at a Sprouts I'd never been to at 19th Ave and Northern at around 7:20 am. I only had a 100dollar bill that the manager had to bring 5 20dollar bills from the back to break. Two of those twentys were counterfit which I turned over to the police. Sprouts customer service refuses to reimburse my $40, and the manager (Anthony) apparently lied about it and said I brought those 20s into the store. But, it should be on their own video at around 7:20 am of their assistant breaking my (real) $100, and giving me 5 $20, two of which were fake. Make this right, Sprouts! I'm sure it's on your own video. -Sun City retiree.”

“Usual 80% of employees in this store are very unprofessional and they don’t care about customers but my cashier today was Jae and he was excellent. He was so professional,very friendly and he had knowledge about everything what I was asking about. Jae is an example how we as customers should be tried. Thank You for having Jae in my neighborhood store.”

“I order several stuff thru instacart last saturday ..I was disappointed that the grapes which a part of my order was not fresh..the stems were so dry and the grapes itself were so soft and some were tasting like wine..this is the first to order!”

“I have a confession: I usually do not write reviews online, but HANNAH, a Sprouts’ employee (store #151) made it impossible for me to sit aside and not telling EVERYONE how wonderful she is. Hannah is a dedicated employee who is ALWAYS welcoming and attentive to the customer's needs. I shop A LOT at this store, so I have to admit that the manager Bruce is a very kind & charming and so are most of the employees in this store, but Hannah is definitely a GEM 💎”

“No salespeople knew where anything was located. The vitamin people were particularly bad and the manager was condescending. Are things worse on Sundays? Too bad because there are lots of good products if you can manage to find them!”

“Port St. Lucie Florida opened a store on Friday April 15th I went the next day and to my surprise I find that they are selling completely frozen fruit. I think it is a lack of respect for the customer since in my case I bought organic strawberries, pineapple and mangoes and to my surprise it wasn't until they arrived at my house that I realized that they were frozen and of course after thawing they were left with a texture and a horrible taste that I had no choice but to put them in the trash. I am no longer so happy to have a Sprouts near my house if I am going to give it my money without having any benefit… avocados are the same at my house, they do not ripen and are thrown away. I have been buying in these stores for more than 15 years and in a couple of years I have noticed that the quality of the products is no longer comparable to that of Whole Foods or Trader Joe's. I have bought better fruits and vegetables at Walmart. In short, I can say that sprouts does not have the concept of freshness and quality as the "fresh markets" are known. I put my hope in the new Fresh Market that they are building in my city since I don't have a Whole Foods or Trader Joe's 🥴😔 Take notes Mr. Díaz”

“I bought a bottle of Walden Farms Coleslaw Dressing from Sprouts in Carrollton, Tx on Thursday March 31, 2022. I made Coleslaw for dinner on Sunday April 3, 2022, I noticed that when I added it to the vegetables it was slimy. Since then my whole family has been suffering from food poisoning.”

“Worst customer service ever at Escondido location. I received a coupon via email for 20% off vitamins thur March 21 which is activated by entering your phone number at checkout. My account came up but the discount wouldn't appear. Two"managers" ignored the email I had as proof that the offer was valid and just kept repeating that offer was not valid in our area. They blamed the problem on me, citing some nonsense about how I must have set my app with Arizona as my location. One of them was especially rude. When I told him I was going to contact corporate, his reply was, "Go ahead". I went home and printed out the entire email. Nothing stated the offer was invalid in our area. The only disclaimer was that it was not valid at a location in my county about 45 mins away. I called their next nearest location in San Marcos and spoke with the manager. She told me she was not aware of this offer but to bring it in. When I arrived, she had already contacted corporate and received the OK to give the 20%. I showed her the printout and she agreed the offer was valid but she wasn't sure why I had received it. She manually took off the 20%. At least this manager took action to correct the situation, but I wasted a lot of time dealing with the entire episode, as well it being very unpleasant dealing with the first two "managers".”

“3ft by 3ft by 4ft tall wine display had stapled on 2 bottles for 10 dollars they mixed in other more expensive wines. had to walk back from the counter to the display with the cashier to show her and she said nothing was wrong. clearly false advertising”

“most of the employees are great. Nice and helpful. But I have quit due to lack of flyers. I tried to call corporate. for customer relations. No one picked up. the recording said they closed at 4 pm so at 4 pm I hung up after the thirty minute hold time.I predict this outfit is going to close.”

“The store is ok and has interesting products. But I HATE that they pretend to be farmers' markets. They are NOT. They are middlemen, which is not a crime UNLESS you pretend to be selling direct. I do NOT shop there.”

“One of THE worst sandwiches ever. Brown bread dry, no fresh greens on top of a postage stamp size patty of tuna fish, also dry. Next sandwich comes from Wildflower, where Sprouts could learn to make a real sandwich.”

“Generally I love this store but the paper bags don’t hold up at all. I’ve used them twice and both of the handles broke. I just recently came back from sprouts and the moment I went to carry the paper bag broke and two Tazo Green glass bottles were broke. Make sure to double bag any heavy items including glass tea bottles!”
