I shopped on a Sunday afternoon on the east side at the sprouts store. Their produce is still bad, even through the summer it was not the best. There were loading pallets in almost every aisle, that you could hardly even walk through the store. The cashier had to leave her register and walk to the office to print out a register receipt for my groceries. Is there not a person in that store that can change the tape for the register? She printed my receipt on a full sheet of printing paper which is wasting money, paper and time. This store on the east side has been going downhill for the past at least 9 months or so. It's really a shame when there is supposed to be a good grocery store with good food that does not live up to what they promise.

I spend hundreds of dollars in there weekly we'll never spend a dollar there again My wife was told she couldn't open carry her firearm in Nevada where that is the law. I understand it's a private establishment if they don't want or allow that they need to post it on their front doors both entrances and exercises saying no firearms are allowed we live in an open carry state thanks to the sprouts on North Decatur I will never be shopping in your establishments again

One of your managers in the McAllen Texas branch took a broom and broke my lens on my vehicle. Then tried to tell me they.dont have security cameras. Every time I used to go in there he would want to fight. I told the company about it because I wanted my replacement lens paid for. I was referred to two different law firms.they hired not to pay me. So I sent a registered complaint to the CEO with return receipt and he totally ignored my complaint, didn't even respond. This s is the worst treatment. I haven't been in there since. An awful experience.

Misleading advertisement. Got fished into visiting Sprouts by a false ad. Asked manager about items not matching ad prices on TV. Got the broken record. Shop Kroger or Publix. I did not place order. I drove to your store and had this experience. You don't need my money to stay in business. It is those eating cheese and drinking wine that approve of the trickery. If you would do something as simple as misrepresent the product size with the price, I don't want to know the rest of the story.

Sprouts in Austin, TX on Lamar has awesome staff! Steve in vitamins and supplements is always so helpful. You can't get service or prices like that from other supplement departments. A favorite place for me to shop.

Store #16 I used to work at this sprouts years ago and loved it and after today I will never shop there again. I just had a horrible interaction with one of the cashiers there who made me look like a fool and talked down, very rudely to me. He wouldn’t show me his nametag or tell me his name but he was wearing a US flag bandana as a mask. The customer service here has gone to sh*t and I wouldn’t recommend shopping here AT ALL. You could literally go anywhere else and get better service. If i could leave 0 stars I would.

Store #23 Tucson, AZ. We have a deceitful, lying, criminal of a store manager. Along with his secret lover, the produce manager, they're allowed to make up stories and lie to get people fired. HR goes right along with this behavior. Be aware if seeking employment with a company that promotes the idea of having values but does not practice them. Also, store director and produce manager were caught doing the nasty all over the produce. Like sweat dripping everywhere. Disgusting.

This store always overcharging their products On 09/14/2021 I paid two avocados $44.00. I had to go back to refund my money, so check your receipt twice before you leave the store. See receipt!!

The staff is rude to customers there is no filter. Twice this week I visited the store and both times the checkout staff insulted me. I am no longer going into a store to experience this negative behavior.

Bought a loaf of bread yesterday with a dead animal in it. Called the store, they didn't care. Called the Sprouts Corporate Office, no call back. All I wanted was an apology and for them to remove and inspect the stock. Guess I will reach out to the Board of Health next.

I wish I could give this a zero star review. I was just fired for being ill for a few days. I was trained in two departments and contributed 1000% every time I worked. I unfortunately got ill a few days ago. I let them know I had a temp and could not work with a temp over 100. I called the night before and the morning of. I started working again the second my temp went down despite still being incredibly weak. This was only a few days of being sick. Most of my job is manual labor and I still completed ALL of it. I have a compromised immune system yet it didn’t affect the way I contributed every day I worked. I recovered fast too. Me and my coworkers got along great and I was always happy to be there at 6am or 10pm. I connected with the customers and LOVED getting regulars and they alwaysss told me they loved when I helped them or checked them out. I was always glad to help!! I feel like I put so much effort and time into being trained and recruiting friends and family to shopping there that it was completely unfair to be fired for being sick for a few days. It’s not uncommon for me to get sick a few times a year especially with a job requiring me to spend long amounts of time doing work in freezers. Jobs in the past have allowed me a few sick days and always said the best about my effort and work method! The management here was incredibly unfair and very impersonal, and I’ve NEVER BEEN FIRED from a job, especially regarding something I couldn’t prevent such as an illness. I’m completely shocked. I liked working there because I am vegan and was able to help countless guests on their vegan journey by suggesting products, online vegan groups, favorite vegan cookbooks and recipes, etc. I also always shopped there for my vegan foods. Many guests commented on how I made their day so much better after I complimented their food choices, or their cute earrings, or suggested my favorite ice cream to try next time they visit. Unfortunately I can no longer recommend sprouts to anyone and encourage EVERYONE to shop somewhere where their employees are valued and communicating issues to employees is a priority. I was never given any warning signs and had never received ANY negative comment regarding my work method. I was told I was enthusiastic, fun to work with, easy to talk to, excited to help customers, and a fast learner. They were fairly understaffed as well so I was able to work any day ANY time they wanted me to. I was open to being trained in any department. I would NOT recommend working at Sprouts whatsoever. I know two other ex employees who’ve been treated unfairly as well. The environment lacks mutual respect and through stories I’ve heard from ex employees (plus my own personal experiences) the management is completely unfair and to put it bluntly very rude. Would not recommend.

Sprouts, like many grocery stores, are phasing out good brand products in order to sell their own brand. Every thing I have tried of a Sprouts brand was so bad I ended up throwing it away. From chips, ketchup, milk, lemonade, broth, etc. Unless they stock better brands I won’t shop there anymore.

I live within just a couple of miles from 3 sprouts stores and I shop at all of them, depends where I am at that point. Today I had to return 2 out of 7 items from vitamin department, 2 whey proteins. I still cannot believe that I got scolded today by elderly clerk Michael when I was returning items with the original receipt. He said that I did not buy at his store and I should be returning products at the store I have purchased, I explain to him that I shop at few different stores because they are within the same distance and I don't pay attention to my receipt where I have purchased. But I always do keep my receipt because I know that is the policy of any sprouts store to return vitamins/ supplements . The protein jars were completely full so he cannot accuse me of using it and returning/ even I know you can returned even if you used /, that was not the case, however he was continue preaching me that I should be returning at the store where I have purchased, I said I am very sorry but this is the first time I hear this new policy/ as far as I know Sprouts is corporately owned stores and not individually own stores/ and I've been shopping at Sprouts for many many years and I buy a lot of supplements every month, I do spend hundreds of dollars a month just on supplements. I stop replying to him but he was continue telling me that different stores carry different products, and I should be returning to the store I have purchased from. I still don't understand what does it have to do with the return because they will have to send it back to vendor anyway, what is his problem? Then he start circling and writing things on my original receipt, I'm going to include a copy of that so you could see; what is the reason of writing across of my original receipt all over the place and then circling at the bottom of the cashier from the original receipt? Michael has to go to anger management classes number one, number 2- customer service classes and many more, if he doesn't like to take returns then he should've referred me to a different cashier, he had no rights to scold me on the front of other customers, I feel that I was discriminated because I am a woman and I spoke with an accent that is why he picked at me for awhile. At the end he handed me a return receipt and I was still waiting for my original receipt as I still had 5 more items on my original receipt, then he handed the original receipt after I had asked and without saying thank you or have a nice rest of the day, nothing he just gave me a dirty look and I left the store.....

Went to Sprouts in Northgate, Colorado Springs. I normally don't leave reviews. But this particular Sprouts the customers were very inconsiderate and judgemental. Felt like i was'nt acknowledged. Felt the energy of hatred. Walked out feeling upset realizing the store was resonating so strongly in that energy. I'm sure its the employees overall. I will not be going back

I sent the following letter to Sprout's CEO. I got a form letter back from customer service. I have supported Sprouts since 2007 when I lived in AZ. I was overjoyed when I moved to FL to find a Sprouts had just opened two miles from my new home, and I was saddened to discover when I recently moved to SC that the only Sprouts is an hour away from me in Greenville. Most of my grocery budget has been spent in your stores for all those years. As a nutritionist, I have literally done field trips in your store to teach clients how to make good food choices. Until now. I don’t wear a mask. Anywhere. I have not been turned away nor has anyone tried to force me to do so, including in your stores. However, when I went to your store in Greenville, I was informed that I could not shop in Sprouts without a mask despite my medical exemption. Your manager, Scott Mashburg, informed me that I had to leave the store immediately if I would not wear a mask on April 15, 2021 at 5:25PM. Despite my telling him I have a medical exemption. Despite me explaining I spend a great deal of money every month in Sprouts. Despite me describing I had driven an hour to shop there. The store was virtually empty (make note of the time of this fact). He gave me a handout from corporate stating the mask requirement because of “Sprout’s commitment to protecting everyone’s wellbeing”. He stated that this could be enforced because Sprouts is privately owned. Privately owned does not mean free rein to discriminate. Be advised that private business has a legal classification as a “public accommodation” according to federal law (Title III Reg 28 CFR 36.104). Federal law 28 CFR 36.202 prohibits denial of participation and equal access or exclusion from the same or equal service as others. Denying me entry, requiring me to be served outdoors, limiting me to home delivery, having someone choose my foods for me, or treating me any differently based on my appearance is also a violation of Title II, III, and VII of the US Civil Rights Act of 1967. US Title 42, Section 12101 states it is unlawful to deny entry to persons with disability or perceived medical conditions. This is also a violation of the American Disabilities Act, who have defined mask exemptions for various conditions and whose fines are steep. The First Amendment to the Constitution also protects my right to appear in a place of public accommodation without limitation. Add that the South Carolina constitution protects the same rights, and the fact that there is not even a mask mandate in this state just like Florida where I had no problem shopping in your stores mask free for the last year, and I believe you will understand that refusal to serve me constitutes unlawful discrimination and violates constitutional, federal, and state laws over and over again. I and all the people who stay away from your business because of this harassment HAVE THE LEGAL RIGHT TO ENTER, SHOP AND BE SERVED AT YOUR PLACE OF BUSINESS WITHOUT COVERING OUR FACES. We are protected by federal, state and constitutional law, and are not subject to the whims of business owners and politicians who would have us believe local mandates and private ownership supersede the law and inalienable rights. I am not happy that I must now support Jeff Bezos by health food shopping exclusively at Whole Foods (normally I would go to Sprouts first and then WF only if Sprouts did not have an item), but I shopped in his store just down the street from yours the same day with no mask and no harassment so I will pay more to be able to breathe while I shop for my food. I made other discoveries that day: I shopped at Publix (something I never did before as I relied on Sprouts to provide my needs) and found they have many of the items I would normally buy at Sprouts and some were even less expensive – again, mask free. And in conversation with other unmasked people in stores, I was given contact info for like-minded attorneys who despise businesses and politicians who are overstepping their bounds and are helping those who insist on preserving rights -- pro bono. It’s time that those of us who want to maintain the rights mentioned above scream as loudly as those who live in fear. Are you listening? Or will you watch your “team members” you claim to be protecting lose their jobs because you slowly go out of business (as evidenced by Scott’s own expressed concerns and an empty store at a time when people are looking for dinner items)? I am hoping you will instead focus on your true responsibility: providing excellent groceries at fair prices, great customer service, and employment for people who need it. If you want to wear a mask while you do that, we won’t ask you to remove it even though it covers your welcoming smile. It is each of our own responsibility and choice to protect our health in ways that really work for us. God bless America. Land of the free.

Sprout employees are CONSISTENTLY the rudest and most unprofessional grocery store employees I have ever come across. Take the mask mandate, instead of politely asking people to wear a mask and professionally explaining store policy, these employees act as if they are the gestapo (due to their lack of achievement) and belligerently confront people. This causes a very hostile and prejudicial environment and perception. I recommend people shop elsewhere, even when this pandemic ends.

I don't know if it's the particular store I shop at on Miller Road in Scottsdale, AZ..But I am sick to death of buying rancid nuts and seeds. I have made returns and told them about it only to see stuff still on the shelf. Do people not know what rancid is? How can they eat that? They mix up their salted and unsalted items too. One time I bought spoiled brats right out of their "fresh" meat case. Unreal! I though Sprouts was an upscale store...but...
