The service I receive at sprouts is like no other health food store. I have been exercising my whole life. I always shop for the best supplements, there’s a gentleman named nick who works there in the supplements, vitamin section. He’s a life saver. Always recommends the best supplements according to my goals. Always looks for the best sale and gets me the best deals. Nick is honestly a knowledgeable and caring person. Nick is the man to go see.

They are very expensive, but we bite the bullet and buy as much organic items as possible; especially meats and produce. However, watch the cashier ringing up your groceries or check your receipt before leaving the store. My experience with the Miramar, Florida store is l have been charged regular price when items have a reduced/clearance tag.

The best Sprouts Market ever is in Solana Beach, CA. I am customer over there for last 14 years, always very good. But for last 3-4 month it is absolutely outstanding!! The products, variety, cleanliness, customer service+++. The store manager Randy is always available to check on his customers, get their suggestions, concerns. love to shop there. thank you Milena

Do Not Use This Oakland Park Store Pick Up Service.. Decided to use Sprouts to provide food for a gathering after my moms funeral. I had hoped to reduce some stress and ordered everything on line to pick up and save time while running around making final arrangements. I arrived at the store for pickup and many items were missing. Had I known this when I picked up , I could've chosen something else. I stupidly tipped the associate that pulled my order. In the end, I had to run around last minute to find what I needed. Dropping the ball costs me further stress at a difficult time and was unacceptable. They lost me as a customer over this. I am highly dissatisfied with how the manager handled as well and intend on seeing how corporate responds. The final insult was charging my card incorrectly for twice the original purchase and the disconnect between the store and their instacart partner and complete disregard from the store manager to resolve the issue. Day 3 Well , still no response from anyone so I guess they will regret me blogging on every social media outlet nationally and doing what I do when I am not satisfied.

So, I just came back from shopping at Sprouts on 44th and Kipling, in Wheat Ridge, CO. Staff was unhelpful and many of them were standing around talking to each other, with only 1 checkout station open. The self checkout was the only other option, which I don't like but used. The person watching seemed a little put out when I was having an issue.

Sprouts used to be one of my favorite places to shop. However, little by little, they have managed to stopo carrying all of my favorite things. First was Tofutti sour cream and cream cheese. Next was Amy's vegan macaroni and cheese. Then came Hope Hummus spinach and artichoke flavor. The last straw was the Vegan superfruit muffins. Seems like every time I find something i really like, they stop carrying it. I can see no excuse for any of this, and I am pretty sure I am done with Sprouts after beingn a long-time customer. Too bad.

I shop sprouts.Usually have good fruit and veggies. I purchased two bags of nectarines on Aug. 16 2023 and by Aug 19 had to toss them out. They all went moldy and I keep my Apt. cold. Really disappointed. Gonna check veggies now and see if I have to toss those also...was my favorite place for fruits and veggies...shame

Too expensive nothing that I can't get any cheaper elsewhere thought sometimes good was coming but I was wrong it's to bad they really don't have much to choose from more like a gnc store with produce but thrifty produce has more selection and cheaper right down the road I was not impressed at all I will not go back

Sprouts skirted around a law that was passed about charging customers for bags in Arizona. So they call them reusable to get around the law. It’s annoying to me… Won’t be shopping for groceries there anymore.

I used to like shopping at Sprouts. Now not only do I have to bring my own bags, I also have to do my own checkout. It takes forever to do a search for the vegetables that I have to weigh. Before they put in the self checkouts, they used to have express line for the times that I’m only buying a few things. Sprouts needs to decide. If you want to be a discount store with zero service, you might need to lower your prices. If you want to be upscale, then provide some service.

Today I visited sprouts and being charged a convenience fee on my bags😡😡it’s bad enough they get free labor from me the bag my groceries😱😡, because there’s never a check out open 🤷‍♂️just self check out, I do not get a discount for self check out for being an employee at sprouts,Now Sprouts charging me for the bags that I have to bag myself this is insane, so to everyone out there who goes to sprouts but would rather shop at Whole Foods which is a better store carry your bags with you like a Walmart bag and bag your groceries with the Walmart label🤪😀😂

I shop at the Philadelphia store. The service is fine, usually helpful and courteous. I have been shopping there since they opened. I have had only one disappointing encounter with a cashier when I had a problem with the price of an item. I was ignored. This was right after they opened so it could have been caused by that. The food quality is good, especially the produce. My problem is with their branded items. Quality is uneven, often poor. The canned beans were half liquid. And the prices are fair, comparable to other markets.

Unbelievable, I have never been so disappointed to shop at Sprouts. 10 cents per sack to haul your PURCHASED items out of THEIR store. Ungrateful management are ruining the store. Some will say “it’s only 10 cents how trivial”. But folks it’s just the beginning!

On my last trip (and mean my last trip) to Sprouts, I get blind side with a “new bag policy”. Sprouts now want to charge me 10 cents per bag when I check out. Ten cents for a plastic bag to put my PURCHASED products in to carry them out of the store. Ten cents for a plastic bag that cost much less than a penny to make. What next? Will you charge me a retail fee to use a shopping cart? This policy may go over well with the brain-dead California consumer. But outside LaLa land it will offend your shoppers. As it has me. May 30th was my last shopping trip to Sprouts!

The place in Herndon Virginia absolutely stinks no help from employees. Way overpriced. We left without buying anything. Enough said!

I am a 70-year-old woman with numerous disabilities. I did not appreciate being "carded" today my one of your female cashiers. I have been shopping at Sprouts for over 8 years and this is the first time ever I met such rudeness and unapologetic treatment. Training regarding seniors and disabled customers may be the solution.

While shopping at the San Clemente, CA Sprouts Market, on saturday, 4/22/23, Anthony, one of employees in the Deli area, intentionally refused to serve me. I am a senior female citizen, from Southern Europe (latin). If this happens again I may file a complaint for discrimination.
