"TERRIBLE. i ordered moon boots off the app and they took my money very quickly then canceled my order hours later because of some mess about verification which could\u2019ve been easily fixed. EVERY OTHER WEBSITE DOESN\u2019T LET YOU SUBMIT PAYMENT WITHOUT PROPER VERIFICATION STEP TAKEN. and giving me the run around about my money. all the customer service reps are saying it takes 5 business days (this is actually the 6th business day) then they send me a receipt that says it takes up to 10 business days. i\u2019ll never order anything else from them again and i advise everyone planning to shop with them to not do it. it\u2019s INSANE how much you have to go through when you\u2019re spending 210 of your own dollars and customer service is unhelpful! and yes i am an american shopper."

"Ship my order to somewhere else the delivery Guy took a picture of a House who wasnt mine and Because of the tracking number saying delivered not Even PayPal FedEx and worst ssense would refund me they treated me like a thief and after all I receive nothing lodt my money lost 1 month in discussion with ssense they agree to refund me but they never did i will not recommend this greedy cheap company i wouldnt wish it to happen to anybody AVOID !!! Warning !!!!"

"Their customer service is horrible. If you ever have to deal with a faulty product, they will not help you. They have admitted to me that they will not follow the warranty that is explicitly stated. am going to have to file a complaint with Pay Pal, the Canadian government and maybe even small claims court. Absolutely do not shop here no matter what. Their business practices are extremely shameful for any business, let alone a luXury one. I dropped a picture of them literally admitting to not following the warranty available somehow?"

"I purchased a pair of pants. Once I received them, I tried them on the same day and requested a return as they were too small. I packed the pants exactly as I received them. A few days later, I received an email stating that the pants were damaged. I was shocked to receive this email because I did not wear the pants or leave them unpacked. From the pictures they sent me, it was difficult to discern the supposed damages, which leads me to believe that they were sent to me in that condition. I attempted to communicate with their customer service, but they have refused to respond to my phone calls or emails requesting a callback. The customer service I received was condescending and unprofessional. As someone who has spent thousands of dollars on merchandise from SSENSE, this experience feels like a significant betrayal and has prompted me to reconsider my future purchases from this retailer."

“
SSENSE states free returns, but if you look closer at there terms now, they state shipping fee is not refundable. SO in essence the return is NOT free. It is front loaded and very misleading
”
