St. Martin Blue was great to work with before and during our stay. The only thing I would comment on is that the contact prior to arrival doesn't always know the exact things available at the accommodation (like toiletries). Ended up not being an issue but exact details are always helpful.

The website is fantastic. Easy to find great properties and lots of activities and ideas at your fingertips. You should stock the houses with some basic supplies that make cooking easier. We didn't even have coffee filters or salt and pepper.

House was beautiful. Maid was great. But concierge services and general help lacking.

My points: 1. Driver did not show up. 2. After waiting for one hour, the concierge told us to take a taxi. 3. Concierge did not provide address to give the taxi driver. 4. The Concierge did not show us everything in the Villa (i.e. where to put garbage when full, remote, extra towels, pillow cases, etc.). 5. The itinerary received stipulated a 12pm check out, yet the concierge advised it was 11am.

Overall a good experience, however made a request prior to arrival for bed rails and balloons for my daughters 5th birthday...neither were there on our arrival. I then made as second request while we were there and neither were delivered.

St Martin Blue was very easy to use for villa reservation and airport transfer. The property was accurately represented in its advertisement. You were responsive to inquiries prior to travel. We will use your agency again. Although we didn't require concierge assistance with activities, Cheyenne was responsive to messages about transport and AC. Unfortunately, she didn't resolve AC issue. However, we do feel that St Martin Blue was well aware of an AC issue in the Mumbai master bedroom, but Cheyenne acted like our complaint was the first she heard about it. Apparently the AC needs some major repair. The AC would only cool to 25 C which was not comfortable enough for our guests to have a good sleep.

We have used St Martin Blue for the last 3 years. They have provided us with agreat vacation rental experiance on five occasions now. I highly reccomend St Martin Blue.

We rented Mubai for 2 weeks ! First 3 days we had considerale issues . . . Air conditioning, Hot water and TV - must report that the staff was outstanding in resolving all of our issues within 3 days! We did feel that all of the issues should have been checked and resolved before our arrival so that was a disappoitntment. Greatful for an outstanding staff. Loved the location and appreciated the amazing views and sunsets.

Arranging a villa through St Martin Blue was the easy part. However, their onsite property management team was frustrating and ruined some of our experience. I won’t go into the drama as everyone involved knows what happened. This review is mainly for the Ambiance villa. Hot water issue on the first day, the “grass” was more dirt and weeds, the pool alarm went off unexpectedly and we thought it was a fire alarm as we raced around inside and outside of the villa in a panic until the second time the pool alarm went off that we were able to get the code to shut it off, need window coverings in the living room so if you want to watch tv during the day you won’t be blinded, no real mosquito issues like at previous villas, lots of iguana poo all over the grass area, minor Wi-Fi issues on 8/7, the patio area was great as the time we were there the weather was rainy and windy so at least we could be outside.

Always a good experience with St Martin Blue. There was a bit of a miscommunication with using a travel credit but they worked it out. Will be using St Martin Blue for our upcoming stay .

We had an amazing stay! The driver was there to meet us at the airport with ZERO wait which was great after a long day of travel. We got to the house and Med met us along with the rental car company with again zero wait time. The house was clean and looked better than the picture online which was an added bonus. Everything was in place and working. We are already trying to plan another trip back to ST. MARTIN. Side note: A few guests were upset there were not any TVs in the room as stated on the site but that was not a deal breaker.

No fan at the house as requested 2 weeks in advance. None of the TVs in the house worked. The owner needs to get Dish Network so the TVs aren’t totally dependent on internet streaming since the internet was hacked or so they said.

Very nice and quiet place. We had 2 power outage in the morning, which is not super functionnal, and it seems to due to the brakers... Air conditioner are poor quality, Otherwise, our trip was very nice .

House is great. Beach is great and very quiet. There are no lounge chairs in the beach. The jacuzzi and showers get warm but never hot. The food to the room is just average, there’s an outside food delivery service that offer many restaurant options. Family room cushions are very hard and not comfortable. On a rain day we asked Daggi where to go and she sent us to Marigot. Not a good place for shopping or restaurants and surrounded by the ghetto. We heard Orient Beach and Ansel Marcel are better places to visit.

Good points Beautiful view and a tremendous location. Gated community with 24/7 guard. Ample parking with easy access to the front door. Villa looks exactly like the pictures on the website. Rayma the housekeeper was exceptional and kept the villa in tip-top shape for our 3 week's stay. The pickup and drop-off service to and from the airport was included in the price. The rental car was delivered to & picked up from the villa. Provisions that we ordered were delivered & stocked prior to our arrival without a problem Bad points Mosquitoes in the house were a major problem. Even though we kept the doors & windows closed the entire trip my wife had at least 40 plus mosquito bites. The problem improved once they came out and fixed the mosquito traps. There is an open-air area in the foyer, between the two doors, that when it rains the soil below the plants is very wet and a breeding ground for mosquitoes. I even bought 2 cans of flying bug spray and sprayed the ground below the plants. I would also keep the door closed to the garage at all times. There are open portholes between the open foyer and the garage where the mosquitoes have easy access. While the furniture was very stylish it was NOT comfortable. The coffee maker & blender were broken but were replaced the next day. The phone did not work in the villa so you can make no local calls. If you want to make local calls you will need to download WhatsApp & that's problematic. We ended up having to get the ATT international plan ($10 a day) so we could make restaurant reservations. Direct beach access is no longer available for the beach directly in front of the villa is no longer there.

I enjoyed my stay. I would like to say that the mosquitos did present a problem. I would suggest a periodically scheduled insect spray or some other method of control.
