“Buyer BEWARE! You cut dress too short all the way around. My measurements were correct and you refused to correct this or refund when I sent you proof! Had to Spend twice the price to get a new dress last min. Somewhere else! Paypal will not help either Any Money. were co”

“DO NOT PURCHASE YOUR DRESS FROM STACCESS. THEY WILL NOT ISSUE YOU A REFUND NO MATTER WHAT IT SAYS FROM THEIR WEBSITE. THEY SAY EVERYTHING IS CUSTOM TO ORDER EVEN THOUGH THEY SAY YOU HAVE 14 DAYS TO RETURN. IT HAS BEEN A PAIN FOR ME TO RETURN A DRESS THAT DOESNT FIT ME. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.”

“If I could give zero stars I would. As everyone else has articulated, run, run as fast as you can away from this website. IMPOSSIBLE to get a refund for a falsely advertised item. They need to go away.”

“I would give 0 stars if I could! Ordered my daughter’s prom dress and it arrived nothing like on the photos-it was supposed to be floor length all round but arrived ridiculously short at the front and long at the back. I contacted them 3 weeks ago with no response. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM if you don’t want an upset daughter right before her prom. Shocking company”

“Awful Awful Awful customer service! Do not buy from this brand. I bought bridesmaid dresses for my 15 and 13 year old step daughters and the dresses did not fit. We asked politely on several occasions for a refund and they would not accept. Their offer was to spend another £40 to buy two more dresses and to get rid of the current ones! Very wasteful and not what we wanted. I could not trust them to take their offer. If they had offered an exchange, I would have happily paid for the shipment to exchange fit a larger size. A brand that does not agree to a refund due to the incorrect fit, is not a brand that cares about their customers.”

“Terrible! Do not buy from this website. I bought some bridesmaid dresses, the colour does not match the photo so I want to return and they are making it so difficult. I paid £164 and they are trying to negotiate with me how much they return, been offered £15, £30 and £40 so far. This is surely not legal? They are saying it will cost me £60 to return the dress. I was considering getting a different colour but definitely not now. Completely scam. Avoid! Especially if you’re saving for a wedding. Order number: SS0427691473”

“Do not order from this website as they do not accept returns and the quality of the dresses is terrible!!!! They say they will custom fit them but they still don’t fit. I have been trying to place my return for weeks with no luck . How can i report them ?????”

“If I could give them a negative, I would!!!! This company is the very worst!!!!! I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and disputing it with my credit card company because they do not honor their return policy no matter what you do!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!”

“Horrible horrible. The dress was ok but not like the picture and I’ve been trying to return for over 2 months. They won’t give an address and then have offered me 10%, 30% and now 70% back with a ton of conditions. I have yet to get the address and I’m so unhappy! How can we report them?!?”

“I agree with everyone else. Do not order from this company. I was told i could return if there was problems but they are telling me I cannot return the dress. I have also been charged for a dress I cancelled with them in the beginning and didn't receive. When I contacted Stacees they told me i had to contact 'after sales' but they do not have their contact details...? What a SCAM. Do not order!!”

“Will never buy from them again. Paid for custom sizing, and asked for extra length. It came 4 inches from touching the ground. After two months of back and forth, them lying, photo proof, etc I was only given a third of my money back.”

“Paid $174 for a prom dress that wasn't the same design or fit when it was delivered. I followed all their return policy requests to include pictures and they offered $70 for us to keep the dress and finally offered 70% of the full amount to ship it back. Taken over a month just to get some response. Already escalated the issue with PayPal.”

“My daughter ordered her prom dress from Stacees. The dress took several weeks to come and did not fit her. She tried to return the dress and has gotten nothing but hassle! She cannot order a different size and have it here in time for prom. This company is refusing to take the dress back! I feel like this is a complete scam!!”

“Absolutely terrible. I paid an extra $50 for express shipping for my dress to come in time. They emailed me and let me know the dress would arrive 2 days before my prom. Then, the dress didn't even get delivered to me until almost a full week later. I'm glad I bought a backup dress. Do not order from this site. They make it extremely difficult to return any products. With customer service, we have emailed back and forth 18 times now, and they are still being difficult about returning the dress even though they delivered it late and they want to only give me 70% of the money back for the dress, not reimburse me for the express shipping, and want me to pay $30 to ship it back to them. They are ridiculous. Go shop on literally any other website.”

“My BFF picked my dress for her wedding ceremony. I was the matron of honor. Ordering such an important dress online was terrifying to me. I followed the instructions on Stacees website and measured myself, twice to be certain. I ordered what I thought was my size but still had concerns. My measurements were between sizes so I ordered the larger. This was on a Sunday evening. Monday morning I had an email inquiring about my order, measurements, etc. We emailed to ensure we were on the same page and I started feeling more confident about the dress. Finally the dress arrived. It did need to be steamed, which was understandable. I tried the dress on. OMG! It fit me like a glove. Such a great quality, tailored to my body dress found without leaving home. My bride was thrilled, I was thrilled and we looked beautiful! Thank you Stacees!”

“DO NOT order anything from this scam website. They do not honor their return policy. They said I have to return the dress to China which will cost me a huge amount of money and they are still refusing to refund the money I paid them for the dress. HUGE RIP OFF!!”
