This is the second pair of earplugs i get, There is no better, i've been using earplugs for over 35 years. I work in a cabinet shop with alot of machinery and its loud. i bought a pair last year and got laid off for 2 months. When i came back they were gone. Oh well $22.00 is alot but worth it. I bought another pair.... They are really the best on the market. hands down. Ron

Had a problem with being allergic to the product. Support Hero Rose,, responded quickly and led me in the right direction to take care of the matter. But I like the ChronoWatch so much, I decided to find another watchband and keep the watch!

I had not received my purchased item after several weeks and I knew there was a problem I contacted the customer service area and the representative was Outstanding. She immediately began to investigate the issue and kept me updated of the process with E-mails. After exhausting all avenues to remedy the issue, they contacted me and advised me of their determination of the investigation, I was informed that I would be receiving a refund. The investigation was in a timely manner and the representative was apologetic but most importantly she was extremely knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and understanding. I would highly recommend to anyone to use this site to purchased electronic’s, and other goods.

Very pleased with the service I have received during the purchase of items. Prompt response time and generous policies. I have not received my products yet, but feel confident they will be fine and if any issues that will be addressed with consideration for the purchaser. I had an issue with receiving the wrong charging cable got a hold of customer service. Wade returnedMy text and took care of making sure that I receive the correct cable he kept me updated from the very start till the very end until I receive the right cable super fast courteous and very professional 10+👍🏽

A Support Hero representative canceled an order after some confusion between the StackStoreand the App Store on Apple. StackSocial sent an email notifying me that the Stack Store dissolved the transaction. I sent a reply that I wanted the order to go through because it represented over $100 savings from the App Store. I got feedback within 12 hours, and the Support Hero renewed my order at the same discounted price. Also, I received 10% off for sending the response. Thank you, StackSocial Heroes.

I had forgotten to add a discount code to my order. Not only did I receive an immediate response, but was assured the discount would be added to my purchase. I was not only impressed by the quick response, but also to be assured my discount would be applied to my purchase. Terrific service.
