I messaged StackSocial and requested assistance with exchanging a product. All I had to do was send a message with the order/product I wanted to exchange and then everything else was taken care of. Made it super easy and convenient for me. Maggie was great! Excellent customer service! Im excited to purchase more products from StackSocial in the future.

I am so appreciative of the great service I received from Anne. I had an issue with the delivery of a product I had ordered. We discovered that it had in fact been delivered to my correct office address so the issue was here on my end (possibly misplaced or stolen), but regardless, her follow up and concern was awesome. She could've have brushed it off because the delivery was made, but her concern and follow up continued. THANK YOU for caring and offering real service. Keep up the great work! So many companies could learn from the choice your company makes to care and offer true customer service. Kudos to Anne and Stack Commerce!

Lifetime VPN is not lifetime. I purchased a lifetime VPN service from stacksocial and on the description page it says that they will provide a code for the vpn service every 5 years. Now that my first 5 years is up, they are refusing to provide the code. Avoid them at all costs.

I had a problem with wrong registration email, i was not able to access to online course i bought recently. Response from support heroes was quick and issue was resolved promptly!! Much appreciated!! Great customer service! Lightning-fast response from Natasha Customer Support. Will buy again! Five stars out of five!

I noticed the discount did not happen at my checkout so wrote to the company. Response was almost immediate, professional, efficient, and seemed (professionally) personal on both responses. I was impressed, so wrote back with just a "thanks" and wow! Got a "you are welcome" kind of response to that. Who would believe such customer service in this day and age. Just wonderful!

I'm having a dreadful time trying to get a refund for a mis-advertised service from StackSocial. After intially agreeing with me about the missold service and offering a refund, I've heard nothing more from their customer service team - and instead have had to go to the hassle of raising a dispute with PayPal and my bank, which is very time-consuming (I will however be claiming compensation from StackSocial for this lost time). I would urge prospective buyers to steer clear of StackSocial and their associated companies (Tech Deals, Android Authority, etc.), as it's clear they are unwilling to support you when things go wrong.

I was amazed by their support service... The agent who took my case had to endure my frustration and still came up with an awesome attitude and provided me with helpful instructions to fix my needs. I have shopped many times here, specially for lifetime subscriptions which are unbeatable in price (vpn, online storage, complete courses, even free stuff they eventually offer) and I am completely satisfied with the products themselves, but they do go the extra mile with their support heroes. Rest assured you will get great deals and great customer service here. Cheers.

I had ordered a bundle as a gift and used the email of the friend I gifted. This resulted in the friend not getting the bundle. I asked for help and I had a complete resolution in less than a day! Amazing and my friend is so excited about their gift. Big fan!!!

I had a faulty software licence key. Support Heroes contacted the software developer support who issued a new key. Problem solved with minimum fuss. Prompt, courteous service. I can recommend this company.
