“I have not tried it yet. It was given to me because they didn't want to use it. I waited for the cook books and the condensation collection part. I found I did have the part, so can I return it? I haven't opened it. Do I send it to 500 Returns Road? Please let me know. Thank you, Jennifer Marsh jennilyn42@comcast.net”

“I have a 10 Qt. and LOVE it!! I am in my 80's and, whereas it is a little heavy for me to lift, (especially when full, as I live alone) I will use it until I have to hire someone to lift it for me!! LOVE IT, LOVE IT!!! Just ordered another cookbook.......... thank you, Dolly (Dona)”

“Your customer service sucks ! I previously ordered a replacement pot for my pressure cooker. Unfortunately for me your warehouse sent the wrong item, not once but about 7 times in a row !! Not only was I extremely disgusted with the treatment I received. There was no compensation offered. The original pot non stick lining was flaking off, representing a health and safety hazard. Even this was not enough !!! I WILL NEVER buy from you guys again and will dissuade anyone who asks for my opinion. Its is a great pressure cooker but aftercare is a joke !.”

“I bought my Power Pressure Cooker in 2015. I rang the 11th January, 2018 to replace the lid. Customer service said my model had been discontinued and the latest model would be sent as I have a 6 year warranty. Rang 5th Feb, 2018 to see if I pay for shipping or company since I had warranty. Customer Service said I pay to send my old one back and pay $24.99 to have the new one sent to me. Some warranty!!! Then Customer Service said your model isn't discontinued, I bought a new lid. Was cheaper and would have been cheaper to buy a new pressure cooker than pay shipping, not happy that Power Pressure Cooker doesn't stand behind the product it makes. Love the cooker, don't like the service.”

“I love using my XL pressure cooker, which our family has named "the Beast". I wish the cost of the unit would not continuely go up in price. I have a 8 quart. My daughter has a 10 quart. We would like to purchase another 8 quart for our son. However, it is now well over $100. I use this cooker almost every day. Meat, vegetables, deserts, etc. It has made my working life so much easier.”

“Purchased 2 10qt power pressure cookers. Received items in damaged boxes. One was fine even though you could feel the pot thru the hole in the box. The second one had a huge dent in it and the box was more damaged. Emailed customer service and they are actually great at responding in a timely fashion, I am still awaiting the outcome and an exchange or refund.”

“The rep NEVER said anything about the product being OUT OF STOCK and a wait of 4-6 weeks was the actual estimated delivery time rather than the 7-10 days I was told. And cust service did not care when I called. Ridiculous. I cancelled my order.”

“I used the Pressure Cooker XL five times. GREAT job cooking. It performed as advertising. The 6th time "ERROR E2" sensor issue. I called up support. "Sorry but you didn't buy support. We can't help you. Would you like to buy another unit?" NO!! So it cost me $26 per meal to cook it. I could have purchased a nice dinner for that. One of my employees had the same thing happen. To replace his unit under warranty required shipping and "other" charges, he just purchased another unit. THAT WENT BAD also. I do not recommend the Power Pressure Cooker XL to anyone.”
