“I thought I was supposed to get a online recipe site to go to for this power pressure cooker I did not receive the site name if there is an app from my phone I would appreciate having the app also can you give me more information about the recipes that I can find for this cooker”

“I have 2 8qt cookers now and ordered the 10qt cooker. I just love being to create a meal from freezer to table within an hour. They only problem I had with the new cooker is the cover will not work so I tried the 8qt cover and works like a charm.”

“I HAD TO ORDER A NEW POT BECAUSE THE TEFLON COATING ON THE BOTTOM HAD COME OFF. I DON'T KNOW HOW MUCH I INJESTED SO I HAD TO REPLACE IT. I REALLEY LIKE THE POWER PRESSURE UNIT EXCEPT FOR THE TREFLON POT IT WOULD BE NICE IF A STAINLESS STEEL ONE WAS AVAILABLE. INSTANT POT HAS A 6QT STAINLESS FOR UNDER $100.00”

“well when I received my 10 quart power pressure cooker it want hold quart jars for canning add was miss leading should have made it clear what size could be used to can with then the copper pan that was to come with it & the lid hasn't showed up yet”

“my purchase was made by telephone. Mostly a good experience except that the order taker was constantly trying to "upsell" me . I was unhappy enough about this that I thought about not completing the order process...in fact, I told my representative I would not do any add on purchases and would end the conversation if she persisted.”

“I bought this power pressure XL for my wife. We have five children so who play sports so dinner time is real hectic some knights. The first day the power pressure XL arrive my wife decided to make roast cabbage neckbone's and corn bread dinner was done in an hour and 20 minutes best money I've ever spent!”

“We made our first meal last night, the beef stew came our delicious in 35 minutes. The only thing we couldn't do was sear the meat, every time we pressed the chicken/meat button the display would beep continuously and would show The word LID, I started a chat with customer service online to see why this was happening and she said that was ok for LID to display ?? I don't think that it should do that since the infomercial and you tube videos didn't have that problem , anyway, I'll call customer support soon, but love it so far!”
