“Can cook large amounts in my 10 qt as a pressure cooker. Need to include a recipe cookbook when shipping cooker to use for timing and type of recipes. Takes a while to figure it out if it is not recipe matching a preset button.”

“We purchased the power pressure a while back, don't remember the date. However I never used it until last week. That was the first time. I was going to give it tomy daughter in law because she has 2 children and her life is hectic. When we used it, the time would not set correctly, and we continued to get an error message on it. So I called and we are returning it to be repaired after never using it at a cost to us of $24.99 plus shipping. However we went ahead and ordered another one because she really wants one for her birthday, so I will keep the repaired one. I hope the second one works better than the first. I will be mailing it back to be repaired in the next couple of days. In addition your shipping fees are outragious.”

“I actually called almost 3 weeks ago to ask for a users manual and cookbook since these had not been included with my purchase. Nothing ever came, so I called back this week and was told that there was no record of my request. I asked for a supervisor and after being transferred to one, she asked me where I had purchased my Cooker. I told her Costco and I was told that because it was a discount store, my Cooker wouldn’t have come with these items! Is she crazy or what?! Yes, I think so! I asked to speak to someone else and she put me in the holding queue with no plans to ever have my call answered. The call kept giving the option to hold or leave a message for a returned call. For a very long time. I hung up and used my landline to call back to get someone else. Victor placed my order for the users manual since I have received a confirmation, but I’m not sure my cookbook is being sent. So far, I have been less than impressed with your company’s professionalism and customer service. I did look online for the users manual, but couldn’t find this particular model, PPC772. I asked for these items to be sent via expedited shipping, but was told this could not happen.”

“My wife and daughter had bought me a Power Pressure cooker from Walmart for Christmas. It was not the XL but did a good job on the first four meals. We used it for about two or three weeks in a row. We cleaned it very well after each use as directed. Then all of sudden it stopped pressurizing and I had to start it over a couple of times to get it to pressurize which ended up burning my food. A week later I tried to finish cooking a smoked Boston butt and it did it again resulting in scorched meat. Carried it back and swapped it for a new one so we could finish cooking the other butts and the new one wouldn’t even get hot. Showed an error code about a bad circuit. Returned that one for my money back. So I thought I’d try one last time by ordering not one but two from the infomercial on TV. Hope these work as good as they do on TV. Not sure if this post helps you or not. I’ll let you know how the XL’s do.”

“Gift for Christmas; out of box circuit said ERROR and never worked. Retailer would not return it; said return to mfg. Contacted customer service twice in Wallingford Ct at 973-287-5159 in late December 2017. They said send $24.95 for return shipping and send to them for replacement. UPS charged $38.31 to ship and was signed for by RIVERA on 1/1/2018. NOW after asking for a month about our replacement THEY say they will ship by 1/27/2018 but it is NOW 2/1/2018 and NO confirmation of shipment. NOW $61+ in the hold, still no replacement. I am afraid they have scammed me and please do no business with this company or their products.”
