“Unfortunately I have not yet received it so I cannot review it yet. Next thing you got incorrect is that my order was placed on your website. It was not. I phoned so that I would receive the steaming basket and other accessories free with my order of the 10qt I did not. I was high pressured into purchasing many extras. Just to end the call it cost over $300.”

“I ordered three Pressure Cookers - one for each of my daughters. I was told delivery time was 7 to 10 days. A friend of mine said that she cancelled her order because of a three month wait. I thought to myself - wow - I was lucky with the ten days. But because if have birthdays coming up, I called your Support line to confirm my ten day delivery. BUT I was told I was not on a ten day delivery schedule, but rather delivery would be in March ~~~ Really? Needless to say. I was very disappointed. Had I been told that, rather than ten days, I certainly would have reconsidered my order.”

“it will be returned upon arrival. think it's great, however, the person with whom I spoke, although pleasant, had so much territory to cover, it was very confusing. didn't know what I was agreeing to. realizing afterward how much was being spent, figured "no way". called to cancel. told already in progress of shipping, told to return and and noted I would receive full refund”

“I was TOTALLY FRUSTRATED by the phone person asking me to ADD more items to my purchase. Even after I told her I wanted NOTHING MORE THAN THE PRESSURE COOKER or I would CANCEL my purchase she continued on with the CANNED SPIEL. Trying to FORCE MORE ITEMS on the customers is a real TURN OFF.”

“Remember stressing about dinner? Make it a thing in the past! I love my power pressure cooker 8 quart so much, I bought another one! Seafood boil in minutes in one and crab legs in the other. Frozen meat? No problem! Food is still done before anyone can get upset. Go get you one and make life a bit easier!!!”

“called the # on TV - what should have taken less than 5 minutes took almost 20 minutes because of all of the "add on" offers that were not interesting and unnecessary - told the operator i just wanted to order the 8 qt cooker, however, she was required to keep me on the phone FOREVER offering things even to the extend of a vacation!!! just wanted the cooker. told her i was getting impatient and even considered cancelling the order just to get off of the phone............”
